I drove 10 miles to purchase certain items that aren’t carried everywhere. Only to find out when I arrive that most of the items are out of stock. I would have been satisfied with a phone call to let me know prior. Basic business practice. Really disappointing

Normally dont write any reviews but Shoutout to Michael the Budtender! Definitely knows his stuff and got me exactly what I was looking for. They have a huge variety of products, and great prices. The best part is that I only had to pay for SALES TAX, no hidden taxes I had to worry about. This will definitely be my go to shop now. Thanks Guys!

Gem of a dispensary

Went to Bloomerang last week for the first time. The front of the house people were friendly and kind. The dispensary itself is a gem. Products all displayed beautifully. Michael helped me and really gave some fantastic Stiilzy, Biscotti & more. Even tho I live in Emeryville it’s totally worth the drive. Will most definitely be going back!

Fantastic Cannabis shop

It is so nice to finally have dispensary in the Portola neighborhood. This location is perfect for my daily routine, the staff is knowledgeable and extremely kind. They treated me with respect and made sure I acquired all of the products that I needed and within a reasonable price. I'm disappointed to see a bad review of this brand new dispensary. Im sure fella who made a bad review about the 3rd party ATM must not know that an ATM anywhere not even just at a dispensary is not actually owned or serviced by that particular establishment. In fact most ATM's are 3rd party maintained and operated. And in the event your account was charged improperly your bank will always correct it for you. To me the manager telling him to call the bank is the most logical answer besides providing the customer service number for the company that owns the ATM. This guy must be very yelp active to leave such a post about a minor issue and a one time occurrence of that. But with that nutsack out of the way. This dispensary is fantastic, go try it for yourself. They have great products and a wonderful staff.

I am always treated warmly; the crew lets me yak on about "what I need", and then their recommendation...makes me happy. I get home and hit the skies...I am always happy with what I take home. The owner, and all the heads they employ, know how to light your hair on fire. :D Plus it's here in the Portola District!

Haven’t ordered elsewhere since.

Ever since my boy told me about Bloomerang, I’ve been ordering here twice or 3 times a week. Hahaha! I don’t mind tho... I’ve done store pick up at their location and the workers are super nice from the security guard to the budtender. Delivery drivers are super nice that I always need to tip. 5 stars.

Great selection and everything I was looking for

I made an order for delivery and they brought it to my hotel by the airport. Great selection. If you’re traveling to SF this is the closest dispensary to SFO. If you’re on your way to the city, drop by. Or if you’re staying near the airport order delivery.

The workers were nice and engaging, and got me exactly what I wanted. They got a great selection, and their prices are a lot better than the other dispensaries I've seen. Best part, they don't charge you with hidden fees, making it one of the best prices you see out the door. This place is the real deal, I would 100% come in again and tell a friend!
