I’ve only been in to High Profile a handful of times, but every time I’m treated the same way. Some dispensaries don’t treat you like an actual patient, but High Profile does. I’ve never once been rushed through, they always take the time to explain and answer any questions, and the intake area is peaceful and nice. Front desk always chats with me and makes me feel comfortable. There’s also a huge range of products, more than I’ve seen at any other dispensary in the area. Can’t wait to see what’s to come here!

I’ve been to many dispensaries in the area now, and no one tops Proper. The first and most important, IMO, is that the staff is actually HELPFUL and doesn’t make you feel like a burden. They treat you like the patient you are and go to great lengths to make you as comfortable as possible. Second, they’ve always got great deals going on. I do wish these would be advertised online (maybe they are and I just miss them) or in a newsletter or something, but still great nonetheless. Third, any time I’ve had an issue with a product (rare) they are quick to address it. One time I had to get a new product because mine had an issue (vape battery didn’t work), and the next time I came in, they actually asked me if the new one worked out better. They remembered! And made sure I was satisfied! You really can’t get any better service. My people for life.

I agree with another reviewer that the intake area needs to be improved. I also don’t understand why I had to take my mask off and look at a camera? No other dispensary has made me so that and it felt sketchy to me, like my photo was being taken or something. Most of my other gripes are with the medical cannabis industry as a whole, but overall not sure I’d return with the current set up. The woman who took me back and cashed me out was very friendly and kind, though.
