Origin 1: DNA Genetics offers a feminized seed line derived from what the breeder calls a “coveted cutting,” associated with the names Crippy and Ocean Grown. Described as 70% indica and 30% sativa, this OG Kush selection earns its place through pronounced aroma, bag appeal, and potency rather than exceptional yields.
Origin 2: Sunshine State Seed Company’s Florida OG, also called Triangle Kush BX, crosses Triangle Kush with Triangle Kush × South Florida OG. The latter parent is the breeder’s distinct 1998 creation from Tampa Crippie × Pakistani “Blue” Kush. Florida OG also circulates as a nickname for Triangle Kush itself, adding another wrinkle to the name.
Another published lineage credits Archive Seed Bank with Chemdawg crossed with a Lemon Thai and Hindu Kush mix, though that attribution remains unconfirmed.

The separate South Florida OG parent has much more detailed specifications: 68–69 days of flowering, medium-to-tall growth, and roughly 2.5 times its starting height during flowering stretch. Sunshine State describes vigorous branching and a need for support. Those specifications belong to South Florida OG and should remain separate from the backcross’s cultivation profile.
