Cherry AK-47 cherry-picks the sweeter side of a heavyweight classic. A cherry-scented pheno of AK-47, it traces back to Serious Seeds’ Colombian, Mexican, Thai, and Afghani lineage. The original selector isn’t firmly documented, but the distinction matters: Cherry AK-47 is a phenotype of that cross, with its own aromatic signature.
Sweet red cherry meets creamy sandalwood, earthy herbs, and a faint skunky edge. Some batches bring sharper pine and lemon accents, while others lean into warm spice. That dry, woody finish gives the fruit a little grit.
Fans of the smoke circle describe an uplifting, euphoric headspace with creative momentum and an accompanying body calm. The appeal is that combination of mental spark and physical ease, though potency varies considerably between batches. The cherry may be familiar; the strength deserves a fresh look each time.
Cherry AK-47 can develop sturdy stems, substantial lateral branching, and dense flowers with heavy trichome coverage. Some selections show reddish-purple coloration, but color alone won’t identify the cut. Its characteristic aroma is a more useful part of the selection picture.
Indoor flowering is reported around 8–9 weeks, depending on the selection and conditions. Dense buds benefit from airflow as they mature. A verified clone preserves a particular plant’s traits; seed offerings carrying the name can vary and shouldn’t automatically be treated as identical to the original selection. Autoflower releases also have their own genetics and schedules.
