Staff friendly and knowledgeable- good people Products - fantastic line that keeps expanding seemingly weekly. It’s clear the market is starting to pick up and Rise stays on the cutting edge. After extensive sampling around, Rise is the only place that receives my repeat business time and time again. Keep up the great work! Personal favs - anything by Verano is top notch and HMS Sour Diesel is the best SD I’ve found. Other offerings that were very enjoyable - Curio, Gleaf, and Grassroots. I have tried Liberty and Harvest products (not from Rise but direct from them) and in my opinion these flowers are reserved only when extremely discounted and used for cooking.

Arrived 2 hrs before grand opening and was supprised to see only 8 other people there. filled out paerwork and sat and enjoyed free donuts and coffee. they opened a lil before 10 and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and helfull. Product is great!! Cant wait to go back.

Maryland's regulations are hurting the patient's. High prices due to regulations. The bud is great to look at but the flavor is just not there because of regulations on nutrients. Not being able to use any form of pesticides ruins crops driving prices up. It's amazing how a gram of live resin in Cali or Denver is 30 to 40 bucks but in Maryland a gram is 140 to 150 . That is recreational prices too. At least there is a national average for gas.

So I’ll say I’ve been a hand full of times now, I still have nothing bad to say. Ive been waited on basically everyone that I’ve seen so far that works there and they all know their stuff. We all know this is the first month of operations and things will be trying, but so far rise has gone above and beyond on customer service. They understand quality issues and listen to you’re concerns. The product yet pricey is some of the best, concentrates and flower are top notch. One word of advice tho hold to receipts Incase of any problems and rise has been more than accommodating for me in my case. Went to Potomac Holistics yesterday, worst service of my life waited in line for 5+hours for nothing. Come to RISE in and out with in an hour best service ever recommending to everyone!

After a terrible first experience at the silver spring location I gave up on rise but decided to try the Bethesda location and it was a complete 360 and although the Bethesda location is smaller it has better vibes and laidback staff.rise hasn’t always had the best prices but they are getting better with the pricing in offering other options compared to when they opened .amir was awesome and totally laid back and asked what I was looking for and got me in and out quick with no up selling and no sales pitch and I like and appreciate that type of service cause some of us are not new to cannabis and it’s kind of insulting to be giving a speech on how it works he did not give me those vibes and made my visit awesome also Andrew was extremely helpful

Congrats you figured a way to make the best place even better. I tried the online ordering yesterday when I saw the menu updated with things I’ve been waiting for. Completed the steps - got a text that my order was received- arrived and when it was my turn all my stuff was already set aside. This is awesome for those that are time sensitive or time efficient. Always my preferred location- anywhere. The staff and their knowledge pair well with the quality and selection of medicine. Robbie has quickly turned to my go to tender. Don’t let his superchillness fool you- after you describe what you’re looking fire- and he casually sets something down and says “I’ve had X and it’s pretty good”.......that means you should buy that and it’s probably going to be in your top 5. His reccomendations are so on point that when I’m done ordering I’ll ask Robbie“based on what I purchased what I should try”- what’sever his answer is it makes the final cut and has lead to numerous pleasant experiences with new strains from Heritage, ShoreNaturels and curio. Keep up the great work Rise. And from my experience with Robbie. I’m not sure how often internal employee reviews are conducted l but would like it noted from a happy and loyal customer perspective; he has been there from the start, the man is worth his salt and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. My 1st review was not so good because I had a bad phone experience around the beginning of the month when there was a rough patch with the system. Andrew reached out to me about it and went above and beyond to clear up the issue and extend me a invitation to come in. He gave me a good vibe from the get go and we talked for a while. By the time i left it was more like I went to visit a old friend then to get anything. Everything he showed me was top quality and what he recommended was the best of the bunch(to me). Andrew is the true example of 2nd chances being worth taking because I will go back there every time I can.

1. Only staff that knows what they are talking about 2. They have ALWAYS had more variety of selection 3. They do discounts for veterans and seniors of “55” (makes a huge difference of a large purchase 4. I have yet to be in and out in more then 30 minutes...i am sure that will happen but still this place is by FAR the best I’ve been to and I’ve been to about 75% of the opens dispensary’s in Maryland

Very informative and helpful in finding the right product to help for my cancer side effects. Took plenty of time to make sure I knew what I wanted and would be the most helpful in my different expectations. I have chemobrain so felt I needed extra attention. ;)

Never disappointed when I come here. I have figured out the best time during the week to go with no wait (but I’m not sharing that lol), I came in & mins later my name was called. I was taken back to a lovely lady who let me chat with her till Mike was done so we could switch. Every time I come I learn more & more things from Mike to help my son & about upcoming products that we can try next. He was also really excited that Rise in Silver Spring was opening, I don’t particular like silver spring but if I had to travel there to consult with Mike I would! (Don’t make me lol) we spent a ton of time going over ideas & products. They found me products I thought they were out of & I was thankful! What more can you ask for? Amazing customer service, the best product & prices in town. It means so much to this mom when someone goes out of their way to help your child & really cares instead of treating you like just another item on their to do list! Plus the smile on my kid’s face.. ❤️

I have been here 3 times now & I am in awe of their customer service! Everybody is so nice and helpful. 2 out of the 3 visits I have been fortunate enough to be paired with Mike. He is helping me to help my autistic son have an easier life. He started me off with a ton of info at my 1st visit & I came back with even more the 2nd. The 3rd visit when I arrived he was actually heading out for lunch but sat down with me to come up with a game plan of things to try just in case he didn’t make it back in time. That really meant a lot! There was an hour wait but it was totally worth it. I don’t remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that I was paired up with but they were very nice & also offered a couple of other ideas to try. On my way out I ran back into Mike, we went over dosing ideas & what I had learned. I could say that they are very helpful with me bc I am a parent of a child who barely speaks but it’s not true they are just awesome & while I waited I saw them take the time with others

I feel that RISE has risen to the top, lol. I do like their low key location, dont get looked at (as if we haven’t dealt with that for the past decade or so). Apart from other MD dispensaries I have been to since Dec 2, RISE has great quality products. Ameer took care of me and I got a free T-Shirt for my first time visit and a 10% coupon on next visit. He answered my questions and helped me make my decision. I also feel that their supply is constant. Now when I say constant I mean due to the holdbacks of signings and approvals of growers and cultivators, dispensaries weren’t left with much to work with. I feel that a couple new strains a week is super awesome. Captain Cake Concentrate from Curio Wellness in Baltimore is a great buy. I figure I’d mention that since the 6 dollar difference scares everyone from buying it. I really hope RISE keeps impressing me and the rest of the fellow patients for years to come. Word. P.S. Cant wait to try that Sour Dream and Deadhead 😬

I have been a member of rise - dedicated individual who has been loyal just staying with location all 5 years! People come and go- that’s any industry - but everyone , ESPECIALLY, when MaliQ joined the team 2 years ago , has been my main man and go too!! He is So knowledgeable, always a happy face and loves helping customers !! He makes the experience amazing due to his hilarious personality and literally vibrant up the room as you walk into the back! His energy is one of a kind!!! I will say he is one of the most talented bud genders I have ever encountered that we developed a relationship where I wasn’t just a client ! Treats you like your becoming his best friend!!!
