Everybody was so nice here for our first visit! They had a great deal on the DL - buy a gpen cart and get the pen for free. My helper was nice and knowledgeable. Will be back when we are in OC again!

I’ve been here a ton of times and my favorite man-named-Jules is SO NICE! He’s very low key but is tons of help and saved me some $$ today. He remembers everything about my son that I tell him in previous purchases and that is sweet! Nothing but quality people when you walk in the door selling quality product! Plus they are the ONLY dispensary that gives a pediatric discount that I have come across. Thank you!!

Came in for some great deals. Fast easy and convenient. Staff is nice. I will keep coming back for the deals!

I make the trip out here if they have something I can’t find anywhere else. Parking is great but it seems to take longer to get to this dispensary but that’s Bc of its location in SS. Plus I was disappointed to find out their menu was not up to date so that was a bummer. Dispensaries should have just a Weedmaps guy. So their descriptions can be detailed with pictures etc I’m sure it’s a full time job or give it to all the non-smiling receptionists that happen to work at both Rise locations! Smile guys you work with cannabis and you’re making people’s lives better!

I drive a car so this dispensary’s location is not my favorite and the wait time was a little longer than I would’ve liked but I was the 2nd of 3 new patients filling out paperwork so I waited. Wheel spin was fun but my helper guy with the ponytail was so great! Super helpful and knowledgeable and truthful when he had no idea. I’ll be back but only for some great deals.

After making two purchases and being there first customer in the door to purchase flower they turned me away as a caregiver for my autistic son saying that they would only sell tinctures and edible pills to pediatric patients. No flower or other combustible products and it was a company policy. Maryland did not make that rule their company did. Well I’ve enjoyed spending a ton of money at all the other dispensaries to help my child by making our own tinctures, cannabutter etc. I did get a personal phone call from the manager but he was super fake in person and over the phone. Go any other place but here but if you need help go see Vicky (she remembered me both times and was super sweet!) she’s the best!

Who knew! After the paperwork I was in and out. Would like to see more deals or something from them. Paying full price won’t get me to come back!

Usually my go to dispensary. Easy in and out barely any wait and the staff remembers you! Just needs more deals and more description of the deals. Love the surveys with incentives!

Had my first visit to this dispensary last week for their topical sale. Very helpful with all my questions and had some great specials on patches etc. will return for the great deals!

This place was so nice I couldn’t stop starring at the decorations lol. Staff was awesome! From the front desk to the helpful lady at stage 2 of the paperwork and then I got paired up with Jules (hope I spelled that right!) and he was so helpful. He listened to my ideas (I try to come in with a game plan). He told me why certain things would and would not help and it was great feedback! I’m trying to help my son (a minor with autism) live a better life it can be tricky and expensive. They had a great new customer sale and I walked out with 4 carts for $50 a pop. That’s awesome to me! They have senior, military and pediatric 15% off everyday and we thank you. I did get one wrong cart as I checked my bag contents in the car. And they had no problem swapping it out. Everybody was so nice! Prices were great, easy access from highway and from what we have tried of Thor product it’s great! Will be back!

Knowledgeable & helpful staff. I try to go in with some sort of game plan for things that will help my son. But they always seem to teach me more & more each time. Walked out spending less then I planned plus they had a great deal running: buy a 1/4 & get a $1 Preroll (1g). Barely any wait which is great!

This store is super nice & very close to my house. They have great deals & promos that they run & keep you well informed by email. It was fun being their VERY first patient when the doors opened a few weeks ago but it was even nicer when I returned for a second visit & Vicki greeted me so nicely & remembered my name! That really meant a lot! This place has nice people, great product and there is usually great parking without a wait. What more can you ask for?

Apparently this is the best kept secret in SS. This store is beautiful! I first met Mike at the Bethesda store & when he opened the SS store he asked me to come check it out. I finally took a trip on Friday evening during rush hour & walked in and there was one person ahead of me. I really enjoy telling him what I’m trying with my son, he is very excited to hear everything and help me with new ideas or a different approach. Every time I come and see him he teaches me more & more. It’s an exceptional back-and-forth relationship to help my son have a better life & one I am so grateful to have found in a time when customer service seems to have gone out the window. This guy cares! He eats sleeps and breaths this business of helping educate people to relieve their pain naturally! Their products are great & the prices are coming down slowly. In the matter of months Rise has been the one putting out the biggest selection of the best product around & filling their stores with awesome people!

Never disappointed when I come here. I have figured out the best time during the week to go with no wait (but I’m not sharing that lol), I came in & mins later my name was called. I was taken back to a lovely lady who let me chat with her till Mike was done so we could switch. Every time I come I learn more & more things from Mike to help my son & about upcoming products that we can try next. He was also really excited that Rise in Silver Spring was opening, I don’t particular like silver spring but if I had to travel there to consult with Mike I would! (Don’t make me lol) we spent a ton of time going over ideas & products. They found me products I thought they were out of & I was thankful! What more can you ask for? Amazing customer service, the best product & prices in town. It means so much to this mom when someone goes out of their way to help your child & really cares instead of treating you like just another item on their to do list! Plus the smile on my kid’s face.. ❤️

I have been here 3 times now & I am in awe of their customer service! Everybody is so nice and helpful. 2 out of the 3 visits I have been fortunate enough to be paired with Mike. He is helping me to help my autistic son have an easier life. He started me off with a ton of info at my 1st visit & I came back with even more the 2nd. The 3rd visit when I arrived he was actually heading out for lunch but sat down with me to come up with a game plan of things to try just in case he didn’t make it back in time. That really meant a lot! There was an hour wait but it was totally worth it. I don’t remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that I was paired up with but they were very nice & also offered a couple of other ideas to try. On my way out I ran back into Mike, we went over dosing ideas & what I had learned. I could say that they are very helpful with me bc I am a parent of a child who barely speaks but it’s not true they are just awesome & while I waited I saw them take the time with others

Made this first timer feel very comfortable. I won’t lie, I was nervous! I usually like to do my homework but with everything being so new it was hard to do. Lady security guard was very nice & helpful when I walked off the elevator & looked lost! I walked in, filled out my paperwork & waited little time. While they were loading my info into the queue the nice lady realized I was there for my autistic son & started telling me tons of info she learned in CA. But the real star was when I got paired up with Mike! He knew his stuff especially about autism and was very excited to help! We talked for quite some time about current products to try, upcoming products and different routes we can take once we narrow down what works. I was beyond happy with my first time experience, he was very personable & answered all my questions. Even though its not the closest location for me, I will only be going back here & to Mike!
