Somebody in this location is messing up the menu, figure out who it is and fix it exponentially. The recreational prices are better than the medical prices and that’s extremely backwards and in the long run it’s just showing medical patients that there is no need to renew for a medical card if the prices are better for recreational, which it should be the other way around. Every other dispensary offers better prices for medical patients than recreational except this place.

Don’t know what these reviews are talking about but I’ve came here since they’ve opened and they have always been consistently rude,I’ve seen the owner arguing with customers in the parking lot and it seems that the workers are encouraged to have a “f the customer “ mentality.out of 100 maybe 90% has been rude service and have had some pretty cool bud tenders but nobody stay working here long enough to make a impact on customer service.I’m imagining these reviews were incentive base reviews or people with very low standards or love to be treated badly

Selection is HUGE with price range for everyone and no excuse to go elsewhere 💯.hands down best in laurel and the customer service is immaculate and one really feels the love and appreciation at this place.Lexi,Carl and they rest of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming

Keep that napoleonic complex pit bull security at home,dude is setting all kinds of bad vibes on the opening day.every one understands the situation with the pandemic but the security was being rude and overly aggressive and acting like a tyrant to everyone and older people included with no respect or kindness .my first impression of this location will be him and the staff seemed more flustered then happy and I honestly feel stupid for showing up,maybe once the security get changed or the staff makes me feel better about spending my money with them cause if it wasn’t for the 33$ 1/8 nobody would bother because there is nothing proprietary about this place and you can get the same thing for the same prices in like 5-6 places in a one mile radius that you won’t have to deal with rude security or unpersonable staff

Hands down the fastest service out of all the shops I’ve visited during the epidemic.came in last week and called my order in 15 minutes before arriving and called when I was out front and as soon I hung up they were outside waiting with my order and a free pre roll.how HFL managed to not only work effectively during these time but made the process quicker then before the epidemic is beyond me so kudos guys.love this place and wish I lived closer,great prices and selection and something for everyone’s budget and super friendly people that seem happy to be at work

Talia made my phone order run so easy and pin is my number 1 budtender to go to (if you know you know) and the rest of the staff has always had good vibes and glad they have kept this crew on.

Funny how the only text for specials that go out now are only for Curaleaf products lol...don’t nobody want the trash.i bought a Curaleaf pen one time and when I took my first hit it made me sick to my stomach and left a nasty taste of random ass vape juice flavor pg/peg non cannabis derived terpenes in nasty ass co2 oil and had to drink a gang of juice to get to taste out my mouth (kind of like when you accidentally spray cologne In Your mouth lol) and needless to say that shit when right in the trash where it belonged lol.curaleaf is trash as a product/business and crew.corporate money buying good shops to move there trash.owner should have took that money and started a new shop

O STARS FOR CURALEAF AND 5 STARS FOR OLD ZENITY AND STAFF.Ever since the Curaleaf grand opening All the specials magically stopped and it’s unfortunate because this place and all the staff are among my favorite and it’s understandable how a big corporate company like Curaleaf would want to buy Zenity out but they completely messed up this dispensary and I have been around visiting dispensaries that have now been bought out by Curaleaf and they are all the same in which Curaleaf completely took all the essence and the good vibes out of these shops like they did with Zenity And making the shops into a corporate medical cannabis spot that you do not want to go in there and buy your meds from with the only good vibes coming from the bud tenders that will also probably eventually be replaced with workers from Colorado lol.p.s the new Curaleaf reward system is a joke and a insult...1$ credit for every 20$ you spend??so the only reward is 5$off 100$purchase???major joke.

After a terrible first experience at the silver spring location I gave up on rise but decided to try the Bethesda location and it was a complete 360 and although the Bethesda location is smaller it has better vibes and laidback staff.rise hasn’t always had the best prices but they are getting better with the pricing in offering other options compared to when they opened .amir was awesome and totally laid back and asked what I was looking for and got me in and out quick with no up selling and no sales pitch and I like and appreciate that type of service cause some of us are not new to cannabis and it’s kind of insulting to be giving a speech on how it works he did not give me those vibes and made my visit awesome also Andrew was extremely helpful

Storehouse is everything a dispensary should be and is for the people and there is no arguing that 100% keep up the great job guys and show these order guys how it’s done...don’t let us down

Visited rise for the first time and did not feel warm and welcoming and not a smile in site and felt like strictly business, the intake form was extremely lengthy and intrusive and have never had to fill these questions or include my drivers license number in any other shop I have visited. After entering all my paperwork and waiting was passed by three people who came in after me and were let in before me and two of those people were intakes as well. The menu is extremely expensive with no first patient discount,was called into the back with no hello or told which Register I would be helped at or who my bud tender would be.When paying my bartender handed me my medicine in my hand with a receipt and I guess expecting me to walk around outside holding my medicine and when I asked for a bag he was dumbfounded,this whole place screams unprofessionalism from the front to the back and felt stupid for dealing with them when the shop a block from home had the same flower for the same price

My first visit to this dispensary was a pleasant one , as a medical patient for over 10 years in previous states before I moved to Maryland I appreciate and respect them keeping prices low because coming from other states Maryland prices are extremely high and this is the only dispensary where I was able to find something in all price ranges,in My part of Maryland I am surrounded by three dispensaries within a walking distance less than a quarter-mile and drove to Greenpoint and as long as they keep the prices down I have no problem taking a drive and being a patient and have high expectations for this dispensary for the future.Also much respect for no one how to treat your patients with the free cookouts, discounts another kickbacks you do for the patients

Had a awesome first visit at HerbaFi,I didn’t get the name of my budtender but It was a very nice young lady with piercings and if I recall correctly her name might’ve been Vicky and she had extremely good vibes and was very welcoming and got me in and out as quickly as possible, also a plus being that I came in on Fourth of July and which they had a special going in which any other case my first time I would have received a 15% off but because I came in on Fourth of July they put off my 15% till my next visit and let me take advantage of the Fourth of July specials and that was really awesome for them to do and I must say I am very impressed with the staff and the facility it is very laid-back and also the complementary drinks are a plus. Also my budtender was very informed on cannabis and it was nice talking shop with her she is very knowledgeable
