Had a awesome first visit at HerbaFi,I didn’t get the name of my budtender but It was a very nice young lady with piercings and if I recall correctly her name might’ve been Vicky and she had extremely good vibes and was very welcoming and got me in and out as quickly as possible, also a plus being that I came in on Fourth of July and which they had a special going in which any other case my first time I would have received a 15% off but because I came in on Fourth of July they put off my 15% till my next visit and let me take advantage of the Fourth of July specials and that was really awesome for them to do and I must say I am very impressed with the staff and the facility it is very laid-back and also the complementary drinks are a plus. Also my budtender was very informed on cannabis and it was nice talking shop with her she is very knowledgeable

After doing my due diligence, HerbaFi has been my go-to dispensary since the first day I received my certification. It's not just because they're only 10 minutes from my house, or because they're open until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday night, or even that the Metro garage is just steps from their door. I chose HerbaFi because it is a small, family-owned business, and it's important to me, personally, to support our local small businesses. Their menu is extensive and if management feels the quality is not up to their standards, they will inform the manufacturer of the problem and resume carrying it once the problem has been resolved. Also, there's a 30-day return policy on equipment, which I happily found out last week. And, finally, it's the PEOPLE! Every time that I go in, I'm greeted like an old friend. Never rushed. All questions answered. Suggestions made. Even in the waiting room, you can make a friend. If it weren't for the fact that they need to work, I would drop in just to chat. HerbaFi needs a Visitor's Lounge!!

I ordered online to beat the hassle and ended up staying a lil bit longer just talking to the staff making new family! thank you for the experience I love it!

Not only do these guys have a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. They also have a very good selection. What really keeps me coming back is the amily owned warm and comforting atmosphere.

The service is great. I was happy to see how diverse it was. And how quickly I was able to get in and out. The process was simple. The budtenders were really nice too. I'm sorry to have forgotten the budtenders name but she was a younger black woman, super professional and knew her stuff.

What a great first visit! From the moment you enter the door everyone is very nice and helpful. Complimentary snacks and drinks round out a nice waiting room. First time patients get a number of little perks, that go a bit beyond most other dispensaries I’ve been to. Also they definitely understand their product and brands. They carry almost all my favorites and even some rare hard to find brands. All this combined with a nice viewing case, easy atm access and a great frequent visitor special, makes this a dispensary that’s easy to go back to. 5 Stars!!!

This was my first time at a dispensary. I was overwhelmed when I came in but Vicky made me feel right at home. She took her time with me to explain everything and she helped me find the best place to start. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and more. I feel lucky that she was there to help me. The place is awsome, very professional. They also gave me a nice little swag bag and a great t-shirt. Make sure you ask for Vicky! She's awesome! This will be my goto shop.
