Great I got what i needed

Added product that was on sale. Was told they applied the discount when I checked out. Then I got my recipes back and it showed they didn’t then when I brought it to my attention they said that wasn’t part of the deal. Then I noticed a product from the deals section didn’t get the discount. I bought the last one and since it isn’t on the site I couldn’t show where the deal was on the site. They ended up not giving me this scoring even though they advertised it. Employees made it seem like I was hassling them and trying to pull a fast one. I will not be back.

Staff was awesome only reason ill give 2 stars instead of 1 but the flower was garbage I seen better middies from allentown Pennsylvania when I was 13 dawg this trash had so much fan leaves not trimmed the bud was brown and tan never have I ever seen that in a dispos and I grew for 5 years for the state of arizona absolutely disappointment shouldnt even be able sell that to anyone maybe it was a bad batch but first impressions last and cookies is a reputable source that I won't trust anymore.

Larry was a great help with my wife helping her decide on which edibles to choose he was very knowledgeable and moved fast despite the last minute decision changes at the register love the music selection as well will be back !

I ask for a good oz for 140.00, l was told that the only thing good would cost me, starting at 160.00,so I can’t get a oz for about 140.00, with my discount, that’s crazy, so I went to relief dispensary and got a oz for 116.00, stop giving your money to these people

I purchased an ounce of their Cookies Ridgeline Lantz. The Ounce was completely seeded. I reached out to the Dispensary, a message was taken and I was told to contact sunmed. I had to call back days later because I was never contacted. The manager Dollar never answered/responded to me nor spoke to me but told an associate to pass the message. “Contact sunmed, … we can not anything for you” terrible service and it was kinda a slap in the face. Especially since I was never rude. High price point item’s quality should be honored, and customers shouldn’t be treated like throw aways

Great products but parking sucks.

On April 9 2025 I made a purchase totaling $297. When they ran the transaction they said they were having internet problems and that it didn’t go thru. They ran the transaction again. Later that day I realized that they had charged me twice. Both transactions went thru. One for $297 and one for $303!! I have called numerous times. Emailed every day. Sent copies of receipt and bank statements. Got a response on a Google review from someone who says they are the owner. They told me to email as they are anxious to help me resolve this. I emailed again. It will be two weeks tomorrow and they have no interest in helping me get the $303 dollars which I now assume they are stealing from me. Google reviews show I am not the first person to complain about this. What say you Cookies Baltimore???

I usually like this place, but today's experience wasn't good. They are only taking cash at the moment, but they do not have it posted on their website. They only let you know once you're there. I was only able to pick up half of my order today due to this. Their ATM only allows for incriments of $20, so despite having the money, I couldn't get it. If their website or text message service had informed me, I could have gone by my bank at lunch to pull out the exact cash, but but the time I got to the dispo it was too late. They aren't offering any discounts for the inconvience, and the staff was very rude about the entire situation in the first place. A staff memeber even scoffed and said "get used to it, it's been like this for a week." So, it's been like this and you don't have the decency to tell your customers? All I did was ask a question in a nice tone and I got nothing but attitude in return. The least you could do is offer good customer service or a discount. This place dropped the ball multiple times today and I don't think I'll be going back.
