Added product that was on sale. Was told they applied the discount when I checked out. Then I got my recipes back and it showed they didn’t then when I brought it to my attention they said that wasn’t part of the deal. Then I noticed a product from the deals section didn’t get the discount. I bought the last one and since it isn’t on the site I couldn’t show where the deal was on the site. They ended up not giving me this scoring even though they advertised it. Employees made it seem like I was hassling them and trying to pull a fast one. I will not be back.

They always have good deals and good quality. They are also open late which has save me a few times.

Even when I place an online order it always takes at least twenty minutes after arrival to get product. When I finally do speak to someone its only about three minutes processing time because I have my ID and money ready. But I was waiting in the cursbside parking spot for about twenty minutes before I talked to a bud tender.

This has slowly became my favorite dispo because of byo oz for $160 oz fridays and bogo half off rso. Super firendly staff and comfortable environment.

1. They get you in and out quick , but NEVER rush you 2. Always Low priced bud and concentrates. They have mix n match ounces where you can get eights of different tiers and if you get over a ounce total they price each eigth at what it would be for an ounce of that quality tier bud. 3. Always rotating sale so you don’t have to monitor deals and worry about missing a good one . 4. Quality,, Best curated selection of buds. They always have my favorites and are bringing in great new strains. Every container has had good nugs. 5. Maybe most importantly is their customer service. They are Genuinely welcoming and there to help. Plus they are knowledgeable and put themselves in your shoes to find you the best product 6. Well designed interior and easy free parking. I’ve been to more md dispensaries than I can count on my hand both near dc and bmore and this is hands down my favorite

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff that takes their time. The “curator” for the menu has the really good taste because they always have a wide selection both in terms of flavors, and effects. I also enjoy the lay out and easy parking.

Great selection but more importantly the pricing cant be beat.... I got five diff. eights all 25$each!!!! I have paid fifty to sixty for the exact same elsewhere! Also what is really cool is the friendly laid back waiting area and then when you get to the back room it almost feels like a headshop in the way that there is already comradery between everyone. Very laid back but clean and aesthetically pleasing. Excellent personnel works there and I am having trouble remembering the tender who helped me (nick or terry I believe lol(young white male)) but he was extra knowledgeable and friendly.

My previous budtender Racheal was great and Very helpful but previous times I felt rushed and undervalued ( employee whom I won’t say, had a side conversation while helping me). Overall it is solid but needs better deals that are more often and offer more strains. The store also is not as homely as others

The more I go the more they understand and the better they are able to help. I can not think of the one budtender who usually helps (she has long straight black hair) me but she has made some very good recommendations. best of all she is honest and will say if she thinks strain isn’t that good for whatever reason/ suggest a better alternative. The selection is rotated frequently and the deals are daily and generous especially compared to others!

Super sweet smelling and tasting and is all around way better quality as compared to summeds jilly bean

Not the most potent or flavorful. Doesn’t pack a punch but has a pleasant taste. The trim also could have been better.
