My issue was online allowed me to create a order for pickup it gave me a order number the whole Shabang I get to the place which looks like closing time was 30 35 mins out security was great and professional I get to the window and tell the young lady I placed a order she goes to cut me off and says we don’t take pick up order after a CERTANT time I said well you guys online doesn’t say that it let me put the order through she says no it dosent I said hold on walked out to get my phone and came back to the front to show them look it allowed me to but before I could do that security was called and the female at the window said she didn’t want me to be helped because she wanted to argue with me about an order that was obviously completed online now if you guys online system Has not been updated that’s ones thing but to refuse my service because I went to prove to you that it allowed me to make an order just in the case of any other future customer has the same issue you can’t be mad at me and refuse service because I’m proving your wrong lol that’s not customer service

The guy at the door already had an attitude when we walked up and had the nerve to say are you with them (another group of black ppl ) the security was like they’ve been here for 15 mins already so why would we be with them he asked us if we been there before and I’m like no he snatched my is mind you I’m from outta state this was the first dispensary I’ve been to he asked if we’re purchasing are looking I’m like we’re purchasing together my friend was already in the store I walked through the door n I’m asking what do I need to do next he says well if you guys have an attitude you can leave I’m like I don’t have a attitude you instantly judged us being with another group of ppl then had a attitude n said if we had a attitude we can leave cause I’m asking what do I do next I never been there nor a dispensary shit I was excited far from an attitude then end result I. Ended up leaving I felt uncomfortable ass hell
