I called yesterday to ask about the location since I live 15 miles away and had never been there. I had a man say to me on phone "we're next to CVS and a big wall". He's attitude turned me away. As of today, 9-9-19, I went ahead and drove up since they had in stock the flower I need for my neuropathy. I'm so GLAD I met Alexia (hope I spelled your name correctly) who was VERY FRIENDLY and wanting to help me. KUDOS to Alexia for her GREAT customer service and just being so friendly means alot these days. Because of her... I will return and hope to see her again. Very nice inside the shop and beautiful plump buds!! PLEASE make her aware of this review... the KINDNESS and FRIENDLINESS she presents is very appreciative!!! I drive 15 miles to this place. I love the customer service and flower. Always honest with me and don't mind answering questions especially when it pertains to my medical issue. Time for a visit... love the people and great customer service... they got what I need for my disability. Well I visit today, 23rd, met Nicole who has ABSOLUTELY GREAT customer service. Today was my first visit. I was intrigued with all available products. Very impressed with the atmosphere, customer service, over all everything!! My 2nd visit was just as GREAT as the first. the only exception they only had shake for my choice which still was very good. very professional n great with customers. you are treated better than a customer... you are treated as a friend. I will continue to go here.

I am a medical patient so very important I get what eases chronic pain. The staff here was very nice!! Didn't mind answering any questions (lot places will blow you off). Very clean as well very professional. Also you see what you are actually getting..weighed in front of you. I will be returning... only 6 miles but well worth the drive since other places are 3 miles from me. Absolutely GREAT flower n AMAZING staff. Only wish I cld remember the gentleman's name... very nice n compassionate.
