Went to the Vero Beach grand opening today and had a great experience. 25% off for the grand opening was great. The wait was crazy, but I expected it and it was well worth it. The general manager Justin was very personable and personally introduced himself to everyone that came in. The location is small, but despite the large crowd I had no problem finding parking. The staff was doing everything they could to make the process go as fast as possible, and I’m sure after a few weeks the crowds will slow down. As with all Trulieve locations I have visited, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Very nice people, quality products
My only gripe is they are too popular and items can go out of stock. It is better than the opposite problem their competitors have. Lines move so much faster than other places even with more people there. Great place. Security guard is even friendly, they did a great job with staffing.

Kelsey was amazing and very informative, best flower and overall product by far, just need more locations so us customers who can only afford minis will be able to buy them, I haven’t since it was a thing every time I get there they’re already sold out

Great staff, nice variety (for FL) best vapes
I really live this place. The staff are great across the board. They are patient, knowledgable and very friendly. Compared to Aphria/Liberty Medical the vapes cartridges here are soooo much better. Better taste, variety and last longer too. The truflower is cool, but the buds could be better. Ive only tried one strain of the flower so far though. Looking forward to flower becoming legal in FL and for these prices to go down. I cant afford to even fill my full mknthly prescription. I cant afford $1000+ a month on pot. Medicine or not (it completely is medicine). Anyway, Trulieve will give you 15% off your 1st order but even better they will give you $75 off any order over $150 for your 2nd order. Good luck and spread the word. CBD and THC are saving lives!

Memorial Day for 25% disc and free TruVet T-shirt
Went to dispensary on Memorial Day for 25% discount and free TruVet T-shirt. Wait time was almost 1.5 hours due to the sale IMO. The Trulieve web site claims certain products are available everywhere, but when you take time to drive and the product is and has never been available, it is frustrating. (e.g. SD TruFlower for $35 (NOT Available in all stores). Staff did the best they could but patients became testy the longer they waited. Also, time to develop more Indica strains for all intake methods.
