By far the best prices around for flower, plus they have flower product available whereas other MMTC can't seem to crack the code on how to supply medicine to patients on a consistent basis.

Went to new Melbourne Trulieve and as usual was impressed. This store had at least 8 locations to interact with customers and other than Orlando, I had not seen that many. Customer service was great as usual. Zero complaints.

Curaleaf Palm Bay has awesome customer service. I have been to this MMTC about 6 times and have never left disappointed. Tim at the counter in Palm Bay knows his stuff and is exceptionally helpful. 5 outta 5 stars IMHO

Been to Palm Bay Surterra twice now. Open store with great location staffed by helpful people. I feel Surterra is a store designed for MMJ newcomers who are unfamiliar with delivery systems, dosing, strain names and want their medicine to appear legitimate with names like (calm; serene; relax; etc). Tried all of the Florida's Finest stains and really don't like the cartridge itself, as it tended to clog between uses (3 out of 4 carts). Zero flower products available so I'm curious as to where Surterra stands with other MMTCs when it comes to smokable MMJ. I guess time will tell.

Palm Bay grand opening. About 75-100 people waiting outside once they opened up for business. They had coffee, donuts and a swag bag with cool stuff for the first 100 customers. Grand opening special was 40% off everything plus they had a prize wheel to spin once you went back to complete your order. Pleasant people working very hard so excellent customer service overall Hopefully, they will quickly expand their products available to give patients more choices. Zero complaints thus far but as with all new MMJ businesses...time will tell if they stand behind what they sell and do right for patients with regard to product defects.

Finally a dispensary in Brevard county. The prices are a bit lower than Trulieve and they do offer a flower product to be used in device sold. Customer service was awesome with some product shortages but overall totally satisfied.

Went to dispensary on Memorial Day for 25% discount and free TruVet T-shirt. Wait time was almost 1.5 hours due to the sale IMO. The Trulieve web site claims certain products are available everywhere, but when you take time to drive and the product is and has never been available, it is frustrating. (e.g. SD TruFlower for $35 (NOT Available in all stores). Staff did the best they could but patients became testy the longer they waited. Also, time to develop more Indica strains for all intake methods.

The new Trulieve Entourage Cups of flower (3.5 grm in 3 ceramic cups) is a breath of fresh air with a product that greatly resembles legal marijuana flower in Florida. Inside each of the cups is nicely packaged small popcorn nugs (smell is amazing). Thus far I've tried the White Buffalo (Wbf) and now Colombian Gold (Cg) and I like each of them but for different reasons. The Wbf is awesome for upset stomach and the Cg for a heavy head couch body eating cheetos kinda day. The Wbf was priced at $45 and the Cg was $35. I believe Trulieve has another couple strains priced at $45 and a couple at $55. Thank you for continuing to push forward and make strides for the patients as OMMU sits by and does zero. Keep pushing the envelope!

Today was my 1st visit to this new Trulieve dispensary and other than a few shortages on products, I was again impressed by how Trulieve conducts business. I had Branden help me out today and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and we concluded our business quickly. Branden even told me I had like 3,500 loyalty points accrued with Trulieve and that I could use my points (500 = 10% discount) even with deliveries plus stacked with my veterans discount of 10%.

Had zero issues at this dispensary. All employees were professional and treated me with dignity and respect. Have visited here maybe three times in total. Kudo's

First visit to dispensary in Vegas. Huge building run by professional and knowledgeable young people. Maybe CVS or larger type facility. Everyone working here seemed excited and energized to be working there and all had 100% of their wits about them. Just a guess, but it felt like at least 10 registers simultaneously operating with what appeared to be a never ending line of customers. Tight..yet appropriately scary security too.

Had my 1st interaction with Surterra wellness today and it was very positive. Delivery personnel were super professional, knowledgeable, and prompt (they even phoned ahead to give me a very accurate window when they should be delivering near my house). Additionally, the idea of reimbursing patients for the cost ($75.00) of our Medical MJ cards here in Florida was a great idea. Plus, they even gave me a ($50.00) 1st time customer credit. Who can turn down a "FREE" $125.00 credit ????? Looking forward to watching the medical MJ programs grow and mature here in Florida. Too much needless suffering...
