My only gripe is they are too popular and items can go out of stock. It is better than the opposite problem their competitors have. Lines move so much faster than other places even with more people there. Great place. Security guard is even friendly, they did a great job with staffing.

They sell broken products then won’t stand behind them. They get all “what are you going to do about it, this is crime I am a drug dealer and you are a junkie” about it. Turned off to the whole medical MJ thing now.

Long wait. 2 hours altogether before out the door. Out of stock on most stuff. One of the cartridges is defective. The others are mediocre. Nice effect, lasts about a half hour though. Autoflower varieties tend to do this maybe that is what they grow. Distillate was a maple syrup brown suggesting it was stockpiled for a while and allowed to degrade either as an oil or as a flower before extraction. High price for that low quality. Should have been $25-$35 for a gram of such low quality but they charge $75. Definitely the worst of the dispensaries I have been to except Curaleaf. The staff was nice. One turned the light out on me and left me in a dark room for awhile but he moved and that was cool because the wait was so long. He couldn’t type though so that was a let down because he was the guy they hired for the typing. One finger at a time, like a DMV employee with 20 years on the job. :) The girl working there seemed great but was constantly waiting on the other employees. 8 employees, 4 patients - 2 hours. It was painful.
