Rude Online Order Handler

I waited a few hours before traveling 30mins to this place. After the online order handler lied about calling me to tell me the product I ordered was out, she then told me "well, it's not my problem I didn't update the menu." She rudely walked away after handing me my change. I did not purchase what I ordered because of the time I spent getting there, I will not be back to this place with lazy and rude budtenders.

Nice store - nice people

I went to Rocky Road for the first time and was very pleased with the service and the selection. I had been to two different dispensaries looking for a familiar sativa in a disposable pen vaporizer, both had no sativa's at all, and they both had to check in the back stock to see what they did have. Here I could see their entire selection across the counter and see what was available. The lady that attended to me (Sue U.) was very polite and helpful and patient, even when a line started to form. I got what I was looking for at a fair price, and good quality. I will be back. Thank you. Update - About 2 weeks after I bought the vaporizer it stopped working. I went back with the receipt, and they(Shannon) exchanged the defective one with a new one. I could tell the difference right away - how much easier the pull was on the new one. Next time maybe I will notice that earlier and return it sooner. Excellent customer service. Thank you again for a pleasant experience

Best spot in town

This is my go to for all things cannabis. Today in particular was ab exceptionally satisfying experience. I really love the Colorado Best Dabs Colorado Gold Strain. I went in specifically for this product and unfortunately they were sold out. I was disappointed, but I know the rest of the product is excellent. To my surprise a budtender by the name of Mary, who wasn't even helping me at the time offered me her personal gram of Colorado Gold that she had set aside for herself. This was such a blessing and was above and beyond and made my entire day! I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years now and will definitely continue to come here for my cannabis needs. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Prefer Over All The Rest

Extensive MMJ choices able to assist with my pain management goals not consuming Narcotic medication. Everything you'd expect at a dispensary abuntly is avail including CBD products. I have attended most Dispensaries in the area and prefer Rocky Road over all the rest! There's always a special and a 10% discount for Medical Patients. I've never been disappointed with any products or visits here. Staff is truly caring of needs, attentive and knowledgeable. They are all truly exceptional and I appreciate all of their help every visit especially their compassionate Manager George!!!
