Customer Service (5/5) - The staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. I wouldn't change a thing. Product (5/5) - There's always a diverse selection that is very high quality and reasonably priced. Everything they sell is a great value! Location (5/5) - The store is right off the highway, they have ample parking, it's always very clean, and the interior is a nice place to be. Safety (5/5) - They have a top notch security team that keeps the whole property feeling absolutely safe. They monitor the outside constantly and respond instantly to any and all potential situations. That said, they never make you feel nervous. It's a hard balance to get right, but they've got it perfected. Lastly, they have an awesome online reservation service if you know what you'd like. You can save yourself a lot of time and have your order ready to go when you walk into the lobby. Really and truly, TGS is the model of what a serious, responsible, premium shopping experience can and should be in the legal cannabis industry. They do a lot for returning customers and certainly make you feel appreciated. All that being said, if you're trying to pull a scam or get around the laws, none of it is going to work here. If you're a genuine customer looking to purchase within the regulations, there isn't a better company to buy from.
