Buyer beware

I have been coming here 2-3 times a week for a year; after Oregon Cannabis Outlet went to crap. Buying 2-3 carts and 2-3 pop tops each time; I like to keep stocked because you never know. I finally broke into an Oregon Stick, blackberry, and it would not thread no matter what I tried. I took the cart in and without a receipt they don’t do anything. This is literally the only place I go. They don’t care if your a regular and that’s that. They just wanted me to take their defective product back, no thanks you can keep your crappy products. What a way to treat people that you see nearly every other day. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere, where the employees actually care.

Worst customer service ever

If you are going to close at 9:50, don't lock your door before that you jerks. I drove all the way there, got there at 9:48 and the girl locks the door as I'm trying to open and doesnt even say anything to me and walks away. That's not customer service, that's not caring about your patients. Never coming back
