I ran into a little bit of confusion while shopping and pricing. Manager was able to explain to me why this was the way it was. Ultimately she understood my point of view being what she was saying wasn’t stated and went out of her way to help me. Thank you to the budtender as well as the manager.

The concentrates taste good and CBD works well. However, they don’t have the 800mg cartridges and syringes weren’t in stock. The customer service was 5-star!

I showed up about 5 mins before they closed, and they were super nice to me. They answered all my questions and made sure I spent enough to get my first time card discount. Was in and out within 10 mins and that was with all my questions. So far the products have been nice too. I will definitely be back.
so convenient
This is a very nice facility. there is a big wide open space to wait in where you can sit but usually the service is so fast I'm not sitting for long. The transactions are quick and the staff are extremely helpful! Also the Drive Thru is perfect I can pick up my medicine so easily and I don't have to wait long at all.

If you make a delivery order.....there is no set time to get it. Tomorrow or the next day or next day. They want you to sit and wait on them for days. No customer service skills at all. No organization. Not good for convenience. So if you're looking for customer service or convenience find a different dispensary this isn't the one.
