Placed my order got the 30-60minute standard pickup time. Called after the full hour, they didn’t have my order ready and I wanted to come pick it up as soon as possible. The guy on the phone and was like oh yeah we have the thing that you want and I’m like cool OK can you pack it now and I’ll be there in a couple of minutes and then hung up. Came to the location within 5 min, tried to call their curbside pickup, no answer. I go inside for my preorder yet there’s only one checkout line so I still have to wait? I get to the checkout and the guy behind the counter looks up my order and STILL has to go walk across the store, get my vape, walk all the way back? Not a fan. Please have my order ready, don’t offer curbside if you’re not going to have assistance (also couldn’t find the curbside pickup up spots? But it was night), and also don’t make me wait in the same line as everyone else if I placed an online order.

Until I wasnt, they are trying to oversell products that can sell themselves. Some tenders here are knowledgeable but others sometimes just give you what they want to sell you. Ive tried probably over 20 plus strains in this entire shop. If its not Tedz buds or higher than 60$ in price it’s probably basic weed unfortunately. For high tolerance smokers, it wont even have us feeling anything if its under 32%. Do your research, watch for sale dates. Because once the sale is no longer they are quick to get pissy when asked if its still going. Great product terrible customer care especially during a rush just extremely pushy.

Cashier bud tender automatically assumed my change back was a priority tip, I don’t like that customer service.

Top of the line Dispensary in SD hands down you can say what you want but , real people work there and know what they are talking about when it comes to cannabis! Love my people here. Keep striving for greatness. One love !

I like Cookies because they always have discounts on the products I actually want, and the location is super convenient. But the customer service? That’s a whole different strain. There are only two budtenders who consistently treat customers like… well, customers. The rest seem to have a sixth sense that alerts them the second I walk through the door. It’s like, “Code Red! Customer incoming!” and suddenly they’re vanishing into the back like they just got cast in a magician’s act. Then you stand there. And wait. And wait some more. By the time someone finally comes out to help, I’ve aged enough to qualify for senior discounts. The line has wrapped around the store, people have formed support groups, and we’ve all exchanged holiday cards. When that back door finally swings open, I half expect a giant cloud of smoke to roll out followed by someone saying, “Whoa… were there customers out here this whole time?” Great deals. Great products. But if disappearing from work were an Olympic sport, this place would be bringing home the gold. Sorry, not sorry I only speak the truth.
