Placed my order got the 30-60minute standard pickup time. Called after the full hour, they didn’t have my order ready and I wanted to come pick it up as soon as possible. The guy on the phone and was like oh yeah we have the thing that you want and I’m like cool OK can you pack it now and I’ll be there in a couple of minutes and then hung up. Came to the location within 5 min, tried to call their curbside pickup, no answer. I go inside for my preorder yet there’s only one checkout line so I still have to wait? I get to the checkout and the guy behind the counter looks up my order and STILL has to go walk across the store, get my vape, walk all the way back? Not a fan. Please have my order ready, don’t offer curbside if you’re not going to have assistance (also couldn’t find the curbside pickup up spots? But it was night), and also don’t make me wait in the same line as everyone else if I placed an online order.

Put this… I just have to say kj needs work. I come In looking for cookies flower and he can’t answer any questions. And when he does give an answer you immediately see he has zero confidence/ knowledge on what he said. I asked him about the buds on table and he said they’re all the same. I can tell he just wanted to make the sale as quick as possible he had no interest in helping me. It’s a shame I drove all the way from poway to come here and the experience I had was not the best. Berner who is doing the hiring at cookies mission valley bc one this is for sure I can help with you with the firing. Worst Budtender I’ve ever encountered in my life!!!!!!

Until I wasnt, they are trying to oversell products that can sell themselves. Some tenders here are knowledgeable but others sometimes just give you what they want to sell you. Ive tried probably over 20 plus strains in this entire shop. If its not Tedz buds or higher than 60$ in price it’s probably basic weed unfortunately. For high tolerance smokers, it wont even have us feeling anything if its under 32%. Do your research, watch for sale dates. Because once the sale is no longer they are quick to get pissy when asked if its still going. Great product terrible customer care especially during a rush just extremely pushy.

Cashier bud tender automatically assumed my change back was a priority tip, I don’t like that customer service.
