Until I wasnt, they are trying to oversell products that can sell themselves. Some tenders here are knowledgeable but others sometimes just give you what they want to sell you. Ive tried probably over 20 plus strains in this entire shop. If its not Tedz buds or higher than 60$ in price it’s probably basic weed unfortunately. For high tolerance smokers, it wont even have us feeling anything if its under 32%. Do your research, watch for sale dates. Because once the sale is no longer they are quick to get pissy when asked if its still going. Great product terrible customer care especially during a rush just extremely pushy.

I will never be back

Sorry to say this, but I’ll never be back here. I’ve been here so many times over the years and it is the all-time worst right now. They have their pricing on the wall $81 out the door for an eighth lol who is paying that? I get the same exact drops and brands for 50% less no joke. I just got 2 eighths of baba ku last night at a different store $87 out the door for two of them. They are $81 a piece here They need to have something better than this very disappointed what I saw. They need to start introducing some big-time deals to get people there because it is horribly priced in that store.

Best Cookies Store in SoCal, favorite dispo in SD!

After my third time visiting, I can safely and confidently say that this dispensary is quality, and I’ve been to cookies stores in LA as well as Colorado that didn’t compare in the slightest. The security guard who’s been there every time I’ve visited is super chill and friendly— always a plus and sometimes hard to come by. The secretaries/front desk employees are equally helpful and as eager as bud-tenders themselves to inform me of any daily or weekly specials upon arrival. Although all of my budtenders have been amazing, Max stood out above all as superb budtender— a true smoker who went above and beyond to understand my needs as a smoker and recommend accordingly.. and boy did his recommendation slap— Wonderbrett’s Pineapple OG is fantastic and I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot if you’re a heavy smoker who enjoys relaxing creativity. Max also helped me pick out a delicious preroll and even hooked me up with some free Vibe papers at checkout. Exemplary customer service from a standup guy. It was an 11/10 experience for my fiancé and me, and we will definitely be returning.

Went to Cookies 2nd Sunday Market. And the team over there just really know what they are doing. Top tier service top shelf flower and I also think its great how they had so many vendors. All around great experience. Berner this store is representing your vision to the fullest. And that Khalifa Kush is fire!!! Would give 10 stars if possible.

Come to this Cookies and not the La Mesa one! The La Mesa employees are kinda rude. The selection is better in mission valley and the employees are way more helpful and friendly!!!
