This location caters more to the rec crowd, being slightly limited with their selection of the higher CBD and THC strains, but all the buds are quality and an extensive menu with budget buds available covers all bases. The staff is enthusiastic, friendly, PATIENT and they see the person beyond the sale.
The building is awesome, and the people are always great. Good place for budget grams and still have great high percentage bud in that shelf. Gear is great, wish they had more. Overall a really cool shop.

I really appreciate when there are specials or give always. however, if you are going to give out t-shirts, you should include sizes for everyone. I left today feeling discriminated against because "American Apparel doesn't make any sizes bigger than large" cannabliss is still my favorite dispensary in town, and i will still be a regular client but just had to share this because people definitely come in sizes bigger than a large. 😉

As the assistant manager, I will make sure that this addressed among our budtenders, number one because we NEVER want anyone to feel discriminated against. Cannabliss is constantly striving to find new ways to uphold a safe and inclusive space for everyone. But number two, because we should have XL & XXL sizes in most of our shirts unless we ran out of stock. I was in last week and another customer was being on the belligerent side. Clearly having a hard time. The staff member asked if he was ok, and seemed genuinely concerned. The staff didn't harass or mock or humiliate him. Just checked in and was helpful to the poor man. I respect that, and it makes me want to bring my business here.
The staff are upbeat...sample flower is not accessible to customer for taking a closer look,limited selection, menu was not updated...purchased a pre roll that seemed old?

After switching my primary dispensary to Cannabliss due to my location switch, I can't say that I have been disappointed. The selection is always increasing among all products. Though I normally go in for flower, the bud tenders did an awesome job at explaining the edibles and offering their advise. These people are always smiling and cannot possibly think of one negative encounter I have had at Cannabliss.
The super friendly staff at the sorority house somehow always have the place smelling like warm cookie dough and orgasms, and there's never a staff member in there who isn't smiling! I can honestly say I called my Grandma this year and told her sorry, I won't be visiting, I have found all the grandmotherly love and affection I need from the good people at Cannabliss Sorority house. Whoever solicits an unkind reaction from the staff here must go into the store with a pretty big stick up their butt in the first place
Last night, I got off the bus like I do every night after work and took my cartridge out of my pocket to take a rip. Getting it out of my pocket, I saw that the metal ring at the bottom of the cartridge had separated from the glass, allowing the glass to slide up, and leaking my oil all over my pocket. I chalked it up to a broken seal, documented my troubles with my phone, and then resolved to stop by in the morning to see what could be done.
Cut to today - I brought in the cartridge and showed it to the budtender (who is a nice guy, with good customer service skills). He called his assistant manager over, who listened to the story, did a cursory inspection of the cartridge, and then left the room to get a final decision. I stood talking with the tender for a minute or two about tips on how to carry a cartridge pen, when the assistant manager returned and informed me because the cartridge was "broken, not malfunctioning", there was nothing they could do. I asked him to explain how my cartridge was "broken, not malfunctioning", as I saw no need to quibble semantics, but he informed me that he couldn't tell me how, because he "doesn't make the cartridges". I took that how most people would and left, completely unsatisfied. Luckily, they sell the same cartridges in several different dispensaries all around town, so getting a new one was easy.
So why the long review? Simple. They have absolutely terrible customer service. Their bud is pretty good (though only average, when compared to other dispensaries in the surrounding area), their prices are slightly higher than average (but not outrageous), and their location is premium. But I don't want to go there anymore because I honestly feel like they might be the rudest dispensary in town. I can get the same products around town; we all can. But we don't have to be spoken to like that to do it.
