Dissatisfied Disappointed

Again, what I ordered and what I got was wrong. I have had to fix it several times with the Bud tender. Understand I'm not mad at the bud tender. I travel 20 miles to come to Buzz either in Mission or LA mesa. I only come to each for certain items. But they are my man stores since I moved here for my Job. To start I've been in the industry for 9 years. Not that it matters any complaints regardless of experience should be taken equally. I'm just establishing I care about us all in the industry. But I'm upset and never shopping at The Mission store again! I might still go to Le mesa cause I like the staff, but will think hard before spending my money at Buzz in the future. I have complained several times about my order online. I get there it's wrong. I show them what I ordered with my email of the receipt. Told they will make a note or go back now a let someone know. But nothing ever gets done. Pretty tired of it! I give Buzz a lot of Business. I run Extraxtion and distillation etc. Have access to lot of material. I choose to shop at your store and don't even really get a sorry 😐.

Really frustrated with this shop! My first time I had to use their atm to pay with cash because their payment machine kept wrongly declining my card. Then I was short 0.75 cents. The budtender refused to let me slide even after trying to charge my card the minimum 3$ on top of a 5$ debit charge after I was charged 3$ atm fee. Even tho I had the money in my account they kept declining my card and made no efforts to help me out even tho I was only short 0.75 cents. After having to walk out and debate whether it was worth riding my bike back home just for 75 cents! I just returned home empty handed after another visit to this shop. This time I went to purchase the same product which is advertised as 30% off for a total of $66.50. When I get to the register the budtender tells me the total is 90$. I tell her it says it’s 66.50 on weedmaps and she disagrees and tells me the product is already 50% off. Uhm…then change your advertised prices!! Such a waste of time for bad service.

Best clinic in SD

I have been trying to find a good clinic near mission valley and Buzz has exceeded my expectations. The store itself is so nice and the shopping experience is 10/10 I like to take my time without any pressure from a budtender. The selection is great and prices are good too! Definitely check it out you won’t be disappointed

Love the new store my new dispensary

I was there today. I had a great experience very nice store. They had exactly what I wanted it real friendly and I’ll be going there again and again that’s my new dispensary. I’ll be going to it’s a little out-of-the-way but it’s worth it.
