Again, what I ordered and what I got was wrong. I have had to fix it several times with the Bud tender. Understand I'm not mad at the bud tender. I travel 20 miles to come to Buzz either in Mission or LA mesa. I only come to each for certain items. But they are my man stores since I moved here for my Job. To start I've been in the industry for 9 years. Not that it matters any complaints regardless of experience should be taken equally. I'm just establishing I care about us all in the industry. But I'm upset and never shopping at The Mission store again! I might still go to Le mesa cause I like the staff, but will think hard before spending my money at Buzz in the future. I have complained several times about my order online. I get there it's wrong. I show them what I ordered with my email of the receipt. Told they will make a note or go back now a let someone know. But nothing ever gets done. Pretty tired of it! I give Buzz a lot of Business. I run Extraxtion and distillation etc. Have access to lot of material. I choose to shop at your store and don't even really get a sorry 😐.
