I ordered the Gelonade of the Ball family. She, the budtender, put in The Pookie. I specifically came to try their Gelonade. It's a pretty flower, the Pookie. Regardless, not what I ordered.

Customer service always great! The strain is got this time, I did not like at all. That's why you don't know unless you try. Crosstrains where good, just didnt work for me.

Again, what I ordered and what I got was wrong. I have had to fix it several times with the Bud tender. Understand I'm not mad at the bud tender. I travel 20 miles to come to Buzz either in Mission or LA mesa. I only come to each for certain items. But they are my man stores since I moved here for my Job. To start I've been in the industry for 9 years. Not that it matters any complaints regardless of experience should be taken equally. I'm just establishing I care about us all in the industry. But I'm upset and never shopping at The Mission store again! I might still go to Le mesa cause I like the staff, but will think hard before spending my money at Buzz in the future. I have complained several times about my order online. I get there it's wrong. I show them what I ordered with my email of the receipt. Told they will make a note or go back now a let someone know. But nothing ever gets done. Pretty tired of it! I give Buzz a lot of Business. I run Extraxtion and distillation etc. Have access to lot of material. I choose to shop at your store and don't even really get a sorry 😐.

Great Experience! Budtender of the Year! 1st time was Fantastic. Its what I want in a cannabis store. great product of all levels. The Mac 11, XJ13 and Ice Cream Cake was some of the best flower I have smoked, Super Yummy! Your Budtender...Ada is a fantastic budtender, knowledgeable in all parts of the business. she is what this movement is all about. she is a rare find in Oklahoma. this is place is great! first the customer service is top notch. the flower is some of the best I have seen on Oklahoma. grown with care. they even give the terp profile of the flower. which is really what should be displayed for than the thc percentage. Hope your flower picking is fruitful...cheers!
