The deals advertised online were not honored when going in person despite showing them the ad on weedmaps. As a first time customer, i felt very disrespcted. They shrugged their shoulders and apologized for the miscommunication and charged me for regular price. I will not be back.

If you are a medical patient just skip Blum. Minimal selection, maximum pricing.
As marijuana went legal recreationally in the state, the tax on wholesale cannabis jumped up drastically, from 2 percent to 15 percent. Consumers started buying up inventory, decreasing supply and causing dispensaries to up their prices. Sales of medical marijuana are levied a 2% excise tax. The recreational industry will function on a 15% wholesale tax from the cultivator to manufacturer or retailer with an additional 10% added to all retail sales transactions. After costs of administering regulation, enforcement, and research efforts, remaining tax revenues collected on marijuana will be deposited into the State Distributive School Account in the State General Fund. We have great working relationships with our local cultivators, which helps us sometimes negotiate better deals on product where price can fluctuate based on potency and who the distributor is. Another factor is if the dispensary you are shopping at has their own cultivation or not. Since we do not have our own cultivation at this time, it is more difficult to find wiggle room with pricing as we are at the mercy of the cultivators we purchase product from. We sincerely do our very best to ensure our patients and customers get the best deal possible. Hopefully this response was informative and provided you with the "why" behind our pricing. We deeply apologize that our staff had to turn you away. Due to our late night rush, the line can be cut off up to 2 hours early. Unfortunately, the state of Nevada will not let us process transactions outside of our operating hours and we must ensure we get through our current line of medical and adult-use patrons. This is advertised in our Weedmaps description. With the increase in patient count and amazing turnout we have received, we are looking forward to expanding our hours in the near future as well as hiring more staff so that these situations do not arise again. I’ve been to every store in the valley and your explanation about the prices is garbage and extreme BS there are places in the valley that didn’t raise prices and only charges the rec tax for rec patients instead of fleecing your customers and caring more about the dollar than the patient when you guys first opened it was great but since rec became legal it’s obvious you don’t care about your patients from the lack of product to the over pricingto the budtenders that don’t care when I walk into Silver State they call me by my first name spend a few minutes asking how I am how things are going before they even ask what I need I do customer service for a living and your budtenders really need taught a lesson about CUSTOMER SERVICE and reading your responses you have convinced me that you don’t need my business if you don’t train your budtenders how to treat your customers right you definitely don’t care about any other part of your business

I have been going to Blum since they have opened and they are my go to dispensary in town, hands down. The front desk is super friendly. Wait time is very minimal. I recommend to go talk to budtender Juan, he is very knowledgeable on all products and is very friendly. You will be satisfied with your purchase!
Great weed decently priced
I have been coming to Blum for awhile and I have always been taken care of. The customer service is always on point and always professional. A shout out to bud tender Javier whom always remember's me and already has samples that best suits my medical needs out on the counter when I walk in. Friendly staff and sticky weed decently priced will keep me coming back
Blüm is poppin’
Blüm has their point system up and running with a lot of really great rewards to redeem for, I also appreciate the fact they have happy hour everyday from 4:20-7:10. Knowledgeable and friendly staff every time I visit. I would recommend Blüm to all. Purchased some medi haze and all I can say is 🔥 Stay lit and stop by Blüm 10/10

I LOVE THIS CLUB!! Being an avid smoker and medical patient for almost 7 years, I've frequented many dispensaries and I am always impressed with the quality, professionalism, compassion, customer service, and care the employees have. The atmosphere in the dispensary is great and is one of the nicest around. All of the bus tenders take their time with patients and now rec users and have knowledge on the product. From the first time I came in this club, the staff has treated me like family.
THIS IS NOT AN IN AND OUT CLUB. if you are looking for a "fast food" club, you will want to go elsewhere. If you are looking for compassion and knowledge on your medicine, this is the ONLY club. The wait is long since rec started because the QUALITY and CARE is above all other dispensaries in the area.

There has been a lot of bad reviews I have been reading lately with a lot of dispensaries. I have even left one or two myself. But I had a great experience at blum, definitely have to shout out my girl Sierra. I'm a California transplant and have noticed Cali weed is definitely spiked my tolerance compared to Nevada. as I'm getting acclimated to the different market it is nice to come to a dispensary with knowledgeable staff and good prices. everything was very clean and nice to look at. parking was not bad even though the ripping up the street out front. ATM inside and lots, I mean lots of selection. even though I'm hating Nevada pricing oh, I'm happy that I have found a place that I can now can count on. I'll be back on Wednesday for wax Wednesday!

Employees and Flower were Amazing!!!
So I came in yesterday and wanted top shelf flower. My Budtender, forgot his name but the guy with the dreads, killed it he recommended the A1 Yola and it did not disappoint!!!! The overall vibe in this store is better than any club I've been too, from the front desk to management everyone was smiling and looked like they really love what they do! He also saved me the 3 dollar atm fee by letting me know they take card! I don't usually do reviews but this one is deserved! Thank You all and I will be back for sure!

Sent my parents to Blüm because my father has some serious pain and has a hard time walking. When they told me about their visit I was pleased to hear they had been helped by Asher. He has also helped me with past purchases and I’ve never had a negative experience. They were educated on CBD oils as well as topicals/edibles. My father has never used cannabis products before and was on the fence about it but he is pleased with his purchase. So far it has helped him immensely. Asher also let my parents know about getting a medical card to not only save money but to have better options. Both my parents ended up getting a medical card! Amazing service from someone who is kind and enjoys his job. No other place in town comes near the customer service you get at Blüm.

Best place in town
This is the best dispensary in Reno. Awesome staff, friendly and helpful. I bring my mom in too. They always help me find the right prerolls for my needs. I love this place and recommend it to everyone i come in contact with.

I have been to a couple of dispensaries and have had bad experiences with the staff. So far Blum has the best customer service and a friendly environment. I like to try new things and Juan the budtender was able to assist me. He had a lot of experience/knowledge and was able to provide me with quality products. He was laid back and held a great convo with me. I appreciate that he took his time with me.
