I recently purchased a special 1/4oz of gorilla goo for $55 and they were giving 2 free prerolls with it. Now that would be an awesome deal, almost too good to be true. It was too good to be true. The weed was top shelf, excellent, but not 7 grams. more like 3.5 grams. And the prerolls were rolled fairly tight so it wasn't easy to smoke without a hard hit. Sent a note to the management, but not a response. I would strongly suggest you have them weigh the bag and weed before purchase. I don't expect an exact 7 grams each bag, but no more than .25 gram variance. This is usually a good reliable dispensary. Just don't be drawn in by deals that look too good. As in anything, you get what you pay for and that deal was just too good to be true.

Last 2 eights purchased here just didn't make the grade. A little too try, not terpy, just weed. I could be the Greenleaf label where as the Mojave is supposed to be the upgraded version? It costs more and strains are the same with both labels.

I think I have visited near every dispensary around Reno/Sparks and no one even comes close to the service, price, and discounts offered by SSR. They truly care about medical patients. Some dispensaries say they do but don't offer much in pricing. Most dispensaries in town won't even give a discount if the item you are purchasing is on sale. Here it's very straight forward and easy to estimate totals. Thanks so much for running a quality dispensary.

For the third time these guys have something on the menu and when I get there it is not available. This time the budtender says. "We had to pull the strain off the menu.". When I asked why he wouldn't say. It was Banana Tangie. He wanted to sell me something costing twenty more. I ended up leaving with no bud and a wasted hour. I've got to wonder if comming back here is worth the frustration.

If you are a medical patient just skip Blum. Minimal selection, maximum pricing.

I have been to most dispensaries in Reno/Sparks and this place is definitely the best overall. As a medical patient almost every other dispensary in town has price gouged me as if I was a rec buyer. Not here. Fair prices but fluctuating bud quality. They do have a fair return policy and will open up your purchase for inspection before you pay if asked. Concentrates vary in quality too, but very fairly priced. I refuse to pay $50 for a half gram of anything cannabis. Here you don't have to as there are some great choices for much less. Thank you Silver State for keeping it real!

This place used to be my go to for top shelf flower. Now there's nothing on the top shelf! Such a poor selection I couldn't call this place a medical dispensary. Prices are unacceptable. I suggest something change now or the medical community will most likely abandon this establishment. I have and will miss the great flower you once stocked.

Spoke to the management about the issues with their Durban Poison ( see post below) and they took care of the problem immediately. It's obvious they care about the customer and providing great customer service. They resolved my issues and took care of me for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this place and be assured they stand behind their meds.

I went in to purchase more of the Durban Poison they advertise on their menu. When I got it home and read the label I found out they substituted the Durban advertised with a lesser quality flower. One that was harvested way back in early October 2016 and a full 6 percent less THC than the SWC grower. !8.8% vs 24.7 is a noticeable difference. The flower was OK, but not the quality I was looking for. They state there is a no return policy on the checkout window so guess I'm out of luck. They also did not give me a senior discount. I need to ask for that too. So lesson learned. If you must go here inspect you meds before leaving and ask for discounts. I'll stick with my other go to dispensary. No BS and you get what is advertised. Staff was graded lower because they should know what they are selling.

I was excited to visit the new store as I have visited the Las Vegas locations and was impressed. The flower is the best, hands down. No one in Reno will provide the exceptional quality you will find here. That quality is evident in everything they stock. I purchased 4 different strains on my visit. Each was excellent, not dry (a common Reno dispensary problem) and perfectly cured. My only complaint was high pricing, but they do have an excellent happy hour deal. Bud tenders are polite and pleasant as is all the staff. I will be back!!

Reef offers a nice selection with many strains and priced affordable. They hooked me up with a free eight to start along with some harlequin that worked great post surgery. I strongly suggest giving them a try.
