Not reviewing the club

My issue is with the product purchased. I bought 5 prerolls of the same brand, Brite Labs. I went for the cheaper prerolls, so I should’ve assumed that cheaper prices also mean cheaper quality. All 5 prerolls sucked. There was a large section between the filter and the weed left unpacked, which allowed the joint to be bent in the area where the filter meets the weed. Because of this, the prerolls were not smoking correctly. They were running, I constantly had to relight the joint, and when the lighting the joint, other pieces of the joint were lit easily, which caused the joint to run even more. The joints were the worse towards the end; about 2/3 through the joint, it would no longer smoke, leaving me with large roaches. I realized the issue after the second preroll, so I began to loosen and repack them, which did make a little bit of difference. The dispensary itself was okay. The driver didn’t follow my directions. Long wait time, but I ordered not too long before close.

I had a problem with my order, Lou and the receptionist went above and beyond to take care of me. Would give 10 stars! They were so compassionate with me, I have a couple of chronic illnesses and I have to be careful with product. They were on time and treated me like family. The main point which truly sold me was their Driver Tracker. In the same caliber with Billion Dollar Corps, I was sent a link which allowed me to watch the driver (in real-time lag-free/no updating page needed) on their way to my destination. Awesome delivery service. They have a giant selection, and almost always have things in stock. The other bonus is they have reasonably priced high-strength edibles (my tolerance is extremely high) in the 500mg and 1000mg range. They can take a while to actually get to you sometimes, but can’t really blame them with the traffic in and around the Bay Area. They also have been great about exchanging faulty tanks, doing so promptly and with no hassle. Short story: Recommended
