Received a very prompt and courteous response on what I wanted to order, and completed my verification process quickly (even with the near midnight first contact). The main point which truly sold me was their Driver Tracker. In the same caliber with Billion Dollar Corps, I was sent a link which allowed me to watch the driver (in real-time lag-free/no updating page needed) on their way to my destination. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thank you Robb for your prompt delivery! You have earned this repeat customer! P.S: I have to say this after reading negative reviews on the wait time... You (whiny babies) were told the wait time; but then again... since your time is SO INCREDIBLY valuable to the progress of the all of humanity and you are that special snowflake, here's what you do. Simply start your own delivery company and see how well you do (I'm sure all YOUR reviews will be stellar). *sigh*
