Not reviewing the club

My issue is with the product purchased. I bought 5 prerolls of the same brand, Brite Labs. I went for the cheaper prerolls, so I should’ve assumed that cheaper prices also mean cheaper quality. All 5 prerolls sucked. There was a large section between the filter and the weed left unpacked, which allowed the joint to be bent in the area where the filter meets the weed. Because of this, the prerolls were not smoking correctly. They were running, I constantly had to relight the joint, and when the lighting the joint, other pieces of the joint were lit easily, which caused the joint to run even more. The joints were the worse towards the end; about 2/3 through the joint, it would no longer smoke, leaving me with large roaches. I realized the issue after the second preroll, so I began to loosen and repack them, which did make a little bit of difference. The dispensary itself was okay. The driver didn’t follow my directions. Long wait time, but I ordered not too long before close.

I hate doing reviews but this one is necessary first off I called at 9:00 a.m. to place the order it took them two and a half hours just to get back to me to text me that they didn't have what I was ordering but that's fine because that's sometimes happens but after that it took them two and a half hours just to confirm a driver for the order they then sent a ETA on when the driver was going to be here. In which they gave a window of 3:15 to 4:15 so that's another 2 hours remind you I started at 9:00am then to have the driver never called but when he texted I went outside there was no driver tried calling to see where the driver was of course no answer. Tried calling the operator/ budtender at top shelf of course no answer this is old and very trash Behavior of a company. With the name of top shelf you're not living up to the name this is sad, but it is what it is order at your own risk...

They were so compassionate with me, I have a couple of chronic illnesses and I have to be careful with product. They were on time and treated me like family.
