Here on time and delivered at the right spot didn’t show up with a whole puncher, but was able to swap my card with another card that had the exact amount of holes that would’ve been punched so at least that part was taken care of. Everything else was great.

I’ve been through 3 name changes lol but the service seems to stay the same. They are always friendly, and upbeat and knowledgeable on their products in store. Their only issue sometimes with delivery is they’ll substitute items sometimes for some things you didnt initially order. Thankfully their substitutions have usually worked out.

I'm shocked at how many delivery companies seem to have no idea what they're doing; asking redundant questions, not knowing their own advertised pricing or deals, or giving 3-4 hour delivery windows (and still being late). Bonafide doesn't mess around at all. I ordered, they confirmed, my order was delivered. No runarounds, upsells, or ridiculously inflated prices. This is how it should be done. Bonafide lives up to their name. 100% recommended.
