I’ve been through 3 name changes lol but the service seems to stay the same. They are always friendly, and upbeat and knowledgeable on their products in store. Their only issue sometimes with delivery is they’ll substitute items sometimes for some things you didnt initially order. Thankfully their substitutions have usually worked out.

I'm shocked at how many delivery companies seem to have no idea what they're doing; asking redundant questions, not knowing their own advertised pricing or deals, or giving 3-4 hour delivery windows (and still being late).
