If you receive a defective product from a delivery, please bring the item to our store within 7 days of your delivery date to request a replacement. We understand this may be inconvenient, but there are important reasons for this policy: We need to test the product in-store: Our team is required to verify and test defective products before issuing a replacement. Drivers cannot test products: For everyone’s safety and to comply with state DUI laws, our delivery drivers are not allowed to test or handle cannabis products while on duty. Faster resolution: Bringing the product to the store allows us to resolve your issue quickly and ensures you receive a working replacement as soon as possible. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to bring the defective product to the store for evaluation and replacement. After 7 days, we are unable to process replacements for delivered products. OG Nation is not responsible for defective products. We do however want to ensure you have a pleasant experience with us. (:

Here on time and delivered at the right spot didn’t show up with a whole puncher, but was able to swap my card with another card that had the exact amount of holes that would’ve been punched so at least that part was taken care of. Everything else was great.

Great driver very friendly very nice very respectful quick service and love that every time I go to order especially with OG nation when it comes to the actual order, it’s always a little bit lower than the original price which I love just throwing that board out there ordering on here isn’t exactly cheap
