Found this place, signed up, and ordered all in the same day (Nov. 19th, 2016). Everything was great! Order came within 15mins of the quoted time, driver was friendly and nice. I was even pleasantly surprised by the new patient goodie bag, I wasnt expecting the generosity. Most places give you only a mid grade pre-roll. They even took my credit card, major plus!
Because of this initial 5 star experience, I was excited to order again today (Nov 22, 2016). Went online, signed in, placed my order to the SAME ADDRESS, someone first called to confirm my order and address, then gave me a delivery window. Cool. Less than 5 minutes later, I get a text that they do not deliver east of third street. I say i JUST got one like two days ago...Sorry, company policy, due to driver robberies, plus, I've checked and you haven't gotten a delivery in recent times..HUH? I get high, but not that high..I'm smoking the last of the bud reading these texts like...seriously? I proceed to describe in detail my interaction with the driver and other staff that day, and provided screen shots of the driver's number in my phone and packaging of everything purchased AND their goody bag..."Sorry, we just don't deliver there anymore" LOL ok! should change the website from they deliver "anywhere within SF city limits" to everywhere but "east of third" as of Nov 22nd. I fully understand the concern for drivers, it just seemed like a sudden change in policy, I mean, did someone get robbed on the 20th? or? and then to be essentially called a liar completely turned me off this place. I advise confirming your address is in what they consider "safe" SF city limits, as obviously they will not beforehand and wont know until they get there.
I've ordered from these guys once a week for months and my order is always at least 30 mins late (even when I order the night before and request a specific 1 hour window). I mentioned it today with my order and was told I'd have to wait anyway and basically that they try not to be late...and oh well.
Your flowers are absolutely great. Customer service however...

So I go online and I place an order and it tells me it should be here within 30 to 60 Minutes as a window. Van I call them because they have not called me back to confirm my order. They then tell me one hour to an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for the order to get here. When I asked the delivery guy why it took so long. He tells me don't ask me I'm just the messenger. I call and complain and they try to offer me a pre-roll for next time. I don't want a free well I want my stuff delivered in the window that you told me. I have used these guys for years and ever since they started charging the $5 delivery fee the delivery service sucks. If you're going to charge people $5 to deliver them at least make the delivery service worth it. You're making a lot of money off delivery services. There are plenty of other dispensaries that will give you a free delivery so I'm not sure I will ever order from these people again. They have lost a great customer who's been with them for well over 4 years. How about offering me a free cartridge for an eighth for all the trouble.

I felt suspicious as soon as I realized the weed was pre-packaged but I took a chance on the buy two get one free deal. Weed is dry and crackly when smoked. I weighed all three separately and they were all 3.2 each. Not going back.

just ordered for the first time the other day. i managed to get the blueberry muffins, lemon fuel og, northern afghan, & pineapple express. with the deal for $159 it was hard not to pass up. when i got my things i was surprised that every eighth was indeed great quality. will be ordering again soon.
I placed an order on a friday night, and after waiting over 3 hours for it to get to me I opened the bag and realized they had forgotten to give me a large portion of the meds that I had ordered. So when I called back to let them know this had happened, I was told that I would be the first stop the following day with the meds that they had left out. Then after waiting an hour or so after the time I was told it would be here the following day I called to see what the status was and came to find out they had forgotten to send the missing items out again! I mean come one this is not a hard business to run, and patients are in need of their medicine. I had loved this service prior to this experience, and know now not to order from them again.
