I had ordered 3 Stizzy dispos one Hybrid,Sativa and indica. All function perfectly except the SATIVA one , It’s brand new and the light of the disposable doesn’t turn on and no smoke comes out of dispo when inhaled . I was seeing if I can get a replace dispo by chance because the Sativa doesn’t function.

Non-state resident, first-time delivery customer. Ordered online for delivery, checkout was easy. All communication by text (preferred, as I’m staying in an Airbnb and wanted to be discrete with my order in consideration of the hosts). Chose to pay cash instead of Venmo, got a discount & some freebies to do so. I used the first-time customer code and got some freebies that way, too! I’m not an experienced customer and can’t make comparison to other services, but my experience was great and caused no anxiety for this weed tourist. Thank you guys!

The Best Delivery in SF

I have been a customer here for about 4-5 years. AJ and the team are amazing. Truly. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience and they are impeccible with communication. Every driver has been cool, easy going and communicative. They ALWAYS message their ETA. Sometimes, 3 or 4 times!!! I won’t even sign up for another delivery service, even though they offer better “deals”. I know they say 60 minutes. And in all honesty, I’d say at my house in the Castro, they achieve this well over 90% of the time. Today, I had a delivery at a different house across town. As always, super reliable and UNDER 60 min across town on a Sunday!!!

THE BEST OF THE BEST

I've been trying out several of the dispensaries here in the Bay Area and these guys are "TOP SHELF". Some of the other's quality is just "ok" but Bay Care's is "super high". The delivery service is perfect, on-time and friendly/knowledgeable. The prices are fair and they always have a wide selection of the current trends as well as some unique items. Why bother with going to a dispensary when you can have supreme medicine delivered to you in the comfort of your own home?

Solid SOLID SOLID Choice

The menu selection has a great variety, I love how I'm able to choose weight options with some of the strains they offered. Placed my order, few minutes later got the confirmation text. Mentioned I wanted to switch an item and was able to do so through text after I put in my order. Delivery was fast and accurate from what they told me, between 50 - 70 minutes and they arrived exactly 50 minutes. There was one issue regarding the accuracy of my order, I received Live rosin Jam instead of budder that I ordered. I let them know and AJ, the store owner himself, responded super quickly and gave me two options - wait for a swap of correct item but it will take a few hours or they can put a $10 credit. Honestly it was a small mistake, I still got my products and I still have a use for everything, but to offer a swap or credit to my account with a super fast response time screams good customer service to me. Good decision to go with Bay Care Delivery after I spent all day looking at different menus.
