giving one star because it was partially my fault for trusting the store, just left with some blue dream, made brand. packaged back in May. it's brown and funky. I've been buying this product quite often lately and have not found any this old for sale anywhere else. like I said check the date before you buy. don't make the mistake I did. going straight in the trash, what a waste of money. I get the impression to only buy stiizy product here. anything else, you are taking your chances.

I'm putting you down to 3 stars because you have to do something about the waiting room. I paid attention to what the security guard said and waited in the lobby. people would walk in look around and just walk straight in the store ignoring the security guards instructions. I mean honestly, are these people so stoned they don't understand why people are sitting in the lobby? Also WHEN you call "next customer" the people who actually are waiting in the lobby all rush to the door, nobody even pays attention to who's next. I had to get very assertive today after your budtender from behind the counter pointed at who he thought was next i assume, because he did not call out "next customer". i sternly said to the snake as they were walking into the bud room "excuse me I'm next!" (I say snake because they didn't even have the decency to say I'm not next or perhaps just too out of it). I really don't appreciate having to assert my place in line. clean it up!

so I want somebody to explain to me. I got an email saying cbx on sale 40% off July 1st through July 7th. I go in today on July 3rd. and I did not want to check out at the kiosk so I talked to the guy on the floor and I regret not getting his name. at first he did not know about the 40% off and I showed him my email and I also see the same deal within the deal section on weedmaps. the guy was like wow, ok, yes. So based on his convincing me, I place the order. I get up to the cashier her name is Jazmine. she would not honor the deal. I showed her the email it clearly states July 1st through July 7th. I do not see anything about any other days. and when I pointed out the man on the floor that told me that you would honor it, she snapped at me and said oh no that's just a weekend deal. so I want to hear from management, who is correct? Either way I do not feel good about this at all. I will no longer believe the emails you send me which will prevent me from shopping at your store.

since Downtown no longer carries much 3C, I make a very long drive to Canoga Park because I do like your flower. it's very disappointing to arrive and find that the menu is not correct. for example, the menu currently lists 3C wedding cake, but is out of stock. the menu currently lists Jack Kraken best of the best or schmediums, not the case, out of stock. Claybourne 1g wedding cake, has been on the menu for a while but out of stock... see a trend? I get a very confused look from the budtenders when I ask for some items on the menu, with a statement along the lines, "oh no we don't have that". I'd like to answer right back "it's on the menu so there's nothing wrong with asking, right?" I'm confused myself..

You used to be my go-to shop. I've tried to be very patient, but ever since the re branding to Arts District last July things have not been the same. The selection of flower in particular. Disappointed

Been to both CCC locations. DTLA is not only my favorite dispensary but my favorite CCC location. DTLA is a far more welcoming and positive experience. Richard, Brittney and Jay are very knowledgable and like shopping with an old friend. The only thing with Canoga is they carry far more CCC strains due to the club membership i'm sure. I hope things remain the same at DTLA after July 1st. I drive in from OC past all the dispensaries in Santa Ana and LB to come here because of the quality of the product, the deals and experience. I do not shop anywhere else. Please keep doing what you are doing here!

My experiences here have always been great with fantastic people working there. But Kristin more than helped me today. I wasn't thrilled with the stains i found online so Kristin asked me about my favorite strains which don't seem to exist anymore. I almost never take the advice of a budtender, I am very picky. But I could tell she was very knowledgable and understood me in just one sentence of response. She quoted the component strains that make up old GG4 and compared the similarities to a new stain i would have never looked at otherwise. Kristin says "I think you'll like this one". Boy do I ever! I understand the employees are doing the best they can, but the check-in process is overwhelmed. After waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes I waited 45 minutes in the lobby before I realized people who checked in after me were being called in. I never heard my name called, pretty sure it was mispronounced if it was. just not worth it.

I'm giving 3 stars because a gentleman named David this morning was very helpful. Fortunately David was right on it and did not leave me standing at the online order kiosk. I have not been back to this location since I was left standing and waiting there months ago. Thank you David. Why does this location not use dutchie like the rest of the stores? the Weedmaps online ordering platform is NOT WORKING! Frustrating... It is hard to navigate on a good day. Today, it did not allow me to place an order because it said you were closed, I finally gave up at 9:30 AM and took the risk to drive down a very long distance. Luckily you have people like David working there to mitigate these problems.

dutchie shows you have fresh baked wedding cake. stopped by and was told you are out. an hour and a half later its still there on the menu. i already placed my order to catalyst cherry and will take a lot of time and driving to get there. i sure hope Santa Ana told me the truth. right off the bat the tender told me you're out without even looking. most tenders would check in the back. this one just tried to talk me into another product and really should have asked, me too. now I'm a little upset that i didn't. but not my job. Follow up 4 hours later. I had been watching the menu all day and continue to see wedding cake. So I placed another online order with Santa Ana and guess what, it went through and I picked it up. I apologize to the folks at Cherry. I'm very relieved on one hand that you had the product and saved hours of my time. However, I cannot forgive the young lady this morning that turned me away. She deserves a talking to

I've found DTLB to be one of the more professionally run locations. I was VERY fortunate DTLB still had some FB fresh drop left for me...Thank you! I left Eastside (Supposed to open at 9) at 9:30 AM after waiting more than a half hour and went here to DTLB, they took care of me like professionals, specifically Nathalie. She always brightens my day, was very happy she helped me today. Should have come here in the first place but eastside closer and was trying to save time.

left waiting again, came in to pick up my online order. Went to the prescribed spot. There were two people in the walk-up line ahead of me. There were two budtenders working with customers. when 1 customer gets ringed up, the budtender comes back to the counter and calls one of the Walk ups. Okay, this dude's been waiting longer than me. He looked a little bit physically challenged just like me, back problems. so I let it slide, no big deal. well, he takes forever deciding what he wants, then goes to the ATM machine. finally, after standing there 15 minutes I'm thinking it's my turn, right? Wrong! they call the next walk up who just walked in after I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I barked, "hey what about me? I start waving my arms and the guy looks at me, ignores me like I'm out of line or something. well, just as I was about to go off, one of the girls walking around looking like she was taking inventory stops me and helps me. I gave three stars because this Angel saved the day.

Yeah I came in and scored some Smokin Deals today. But I'll tell you the best part. I came in feeling a little down with a frown. But flawless Aaron has this contagious aura of positivity and energy that makes my day and brought me up! I left with my gut and my face hurting from laughing so hard and smiling so much. i was there for about an hour yesterday and the guards were doing nothing but supervising people to keep their distance. And doing a great job with it! now, once the line wrapped around the building they could only do so much. can't blame the guards for others ignorance. Not fair.

And I DID NOT have to rob a bank. B Real and his team do an admirable job of keeping costs down and deals to be had. I drive in from OC. Even with the cost of gas, I save money. There is a huge choice of product here as well. Use a discerning eye and you will find value. So I see whining about cost, go ahead and go to your illegal shop, but if you get caught there in a raid you are going down too..not much savings there!
