I used to be a regular customer here. But this was definitely the last time. When I arrived and found out decibel is $100 an eighth, it's just absolutely hard to understand. This is some sort of marketing game? There's no way in hell I'm going to pay your prices. I can go out elsewhere and buy two for that price right now

Good people and products here. One major issue though. The wait. It's 15 minutes or more to get out the door on most visits. Even online orders. It's hurting your business. I saw 2 people waiting today and said forget it. From my experience it was going to be quite a while.

Got an E mail today 2/20/26, wish i could attach a screen shot, says loyalty day. 30% off TODAY only. Drove down to my local catalyst. The flyers there said it is on 2/21/26? Huh? Did the e mail get sent too soon?

I came back for the first time in quite a few years over the last two weeks. You had a certain strain I was interested in. When I got there I discovered I had a large amount of store credit. I had a really hard time finding any product that was fresh. The strain I came in looking for was 6 months old. I found that most of the inventory was older than 90 days. At that time I reluctantly tried a renowned store brand which was okay at best. Today I come back to look at your blue dream which was packaged in March. It had the brown weed smell and no way I was going to buy that. I noticed the hot box blue dream and asked the package date for that. I was told by your bud tender July 21st. I get home I open the package, I get that overwhelming Brown weed smell. I look in the back it was packaged at Christmas last year. I feel baited and switched, lied to and taking advantage of not to mention ripped off. Your inventory is so old that's one reason to keep me away, but this situation today, I will never ever set foot in the store again. If you do question and double check everything you buy

the last few times I've been in I was not able to use my rewards. once I had depended on those rewards and had to leave without any product as I was short on cash. so today I tried once again and explained the situation to Daniel. he asked one question, what is my phone number? somehow the phone number listed on my profile was not correct. So this solved my issues in less than 2 minutes. Thanks to Daniel, none of the other tenders could even offer to help in my previous visits. Also, how in the world was my phone number changed? I've been using my rewards since you started offering them. I even used them at this store a couple weeks ago prior to this problem showing up.

I parked in a normal spot like a normal human being. By the time i got out of my car. 2 young dudes in seperate cars looking like gangsters park illegally and run in front and cut in front of everyone to check in. one car was blocking the whole lot. you know like double parking is ok when there are plenty of open spots??? Karma. when you get old like me i hope the immaturity and complete disrespect for others comes back on you. I ask you catalyst to clean this up. not the 1st time I've experienced this behavior here. i know you can't control these 2 year olds but at least monitor your lot...

I came here a few years back and was not impressed. A recent Lumpy's brand search prompted me here. I saw the Taxes included pricing banner I'd never seen before which grabbed my attention. I came back and now I'm impressed. Your prices and selection rival the best out there. and i shop around. Transparent and competetive pricing.. Cool folks..hey Brenton! drove a little bit of a distance to try this place. quickly found out it's the type of place that does not keep its menu up to date.

was expecting classic grape ape flavor. my October '24 batch tastes bitter, almost like red wine to me. quality is ok. But certainly not worth the cost

if you are looking for GG4 flavor, this is not it. I wouldn't say it's bad, just not what i was expecting
