The West Coast Cure has that classic nasty CRC (color remediation column) minty taste. It irritated my lungs even when dabbed at a low temp and gave my girlfriend asthma issues for like a week. Strongly recommend avoiding any concentrates by WCC.

I've probably bought hundreds of grams of 710Labs over the years, plus my share of Kalya (fire), 11:11 (fire), Punch (great price), Papa Select (meh), Feeling Frosty (meh), Lowell (ass), and more. Rosin Tech Labs is the only company which reliably puts out a product which is as good, or better than, 710Labs. And with that insane buy-one-get-one deal you guys ran, a gram of Jelly Rancher - some of the best, most cerebral mind-fucky rosin I've had - was only like $32ish. I'll probably stick to 710Labs for the price if you guys don't continue Rosin Tech Labs BOGOs, but if you continue Rosin Tech BOGO or even 30% off so it's similar to 710 pricing, Rosin Tech might fully convert me from 710 Labs. (More sativa / cerebral rosin strains also always appreciated. SVC always has good stuff but I have to wade through all the Gelato/GMO/Runtz/Kush Mints hybrid strains first)

I came by to pick up the Blueberry Cheesecake from Rosin Tech Labs which was listed on Weedmaps but wasn't available in-store. Sadly that meant there was no sativa rosin so there wasn't really anything here I was interested in. But the shop was great, everyone there was friendly, prices were fair for the one thing I did get, and all the lady budtenders complimented my girl and made her happy. The whole vibe just feels much closer to pre-legalization shops. So even though I didn't really get much, and I'd love to see you guys carry more sativa rosin (I'd suggest the brands Schackow and 11:11), it was still a great first time experience.

Been coming here since pre-legalization and most shops aren't what they used to be but SVC just keeps getting better. $32 for good rosin and a huge selection of top-shelf rosin for under $100. Budtenders always know what they're talking about in my experience and even better, they'll be honest if they don't know something. Friendly but quick security.

Used to come here all the time for sativa rosin but now I don't see much. Strawberry Jelly and Sour Tangie both listed but last time I came in and those were on your menu, they told me they sold out yet they were never removed. Drop the celebrity-brand trash weed and pick up some good sativa rosin!

Cheapest prices, really high quality product and people, and really low taxes. Bought some fire rosin from here with the budtender's help. Definitely going to be back!

SVC used to be my go-to shop but recently I've been hitting up a different one since they have more variety, and *slightly* lower prices (ie the OG Ghost Train Haze Sugar is $46 instead of $50.21, Biesel Water Hash is $73 instead of $80.33) with the same tax rate. I'd happily pay the small difference in price if you guys still had the variety of 710Labs you used to have! "Uplifting" 710 concentrates like Sour Tangie, Root Brother, Orange Cream, Lemon Trees, etc are especially rare to find here although I do see Biesel and OGGTH right now. Never tried another concentrate company that can compare, and I've tried plenty.

Starts with friendly security guards, usually no wait time, ended up getting helped by Vanessa and she has great concentrate recommendations always. The price isn't bad (for 710Labs lol) and the variety is always great. SVC always worth the drive from Simi.

Came in here on Sunday to get some 710Labs, let the budtender know what I wanted and asked him what the best they had in right now was (dabs for a special occasion). The other budtenders overheard and all steered me towards the Lemon Heads #4 Persy, said they only got 10 grams of it in to begin with so it was the real top-shelf. Didn't feel at all like they were pushing anything, just felt like that was actually the best stuff, so I got it. The budtender who was helping me did accidentally grab the wrong stuff, but another budtender caught it so no problem. The taxes are very fair here, I'm medical and got the 10% Sunday sauce discount, and the $125 before tax was $131 after. I've only had one dab but the Lemon Heads seems hands-down like the best concentrate I've had. Basically great budtenders/service, great pricing, great quality

I stopped by here yesterday at Happy Hour, spent a total of $105 before tax. --- 20% off for happy hour means I pay 80% of $105 = $84 --- $84 + 14.5% Medical Patient Tax they list on their description = $96.18 --- So why did I pay $117? Almost $20 extra? Didn't bring it up at the time I was checking out because I thought I got something for $30 that I later noticed was actually only $15. --- Besides that (which was the worst part for sure - make it clear SOMEWHERE ON YOUR DESCRIPTION what the TOTAL TAX is! Weedmaps seems to imply it's 14.5% for medical but you're charging way more or not honoring happy hour!), they were out of every type of Alien Labs concentrate even though their Weedmaps lists 3 different kinds. Weedmaps also showed that Crown Genetics was $30/g but the budtender said it was $36/g until I brought up Weedmaps and showed her. She did honor it after I showed her and I don't think she was trying to do anything shady, but damn - DC used to be like the gold standard of dispensaries, now it feels more like whatever goes as long as it doesn't hurt the bottom line: money. Been coming here for about 5 years and getting really close to the point where I won't be back, but I'm sure I won't be missed if the cash keeps flowing. --- Positives: The 710 Labs badder for $60/g was well-priced quality stuff albeit a little old, the old staff are always great, and new staff are starting to grow on me a little. -------- EDIT: Looked around weedmaps and there are tons of shops which "eat" the excise tax and give discounts. So you're paying anywhere from -5% to 5% of the weedmaps price after discounts, AND their concentrates are cheaper. Iwon't give names but just look around, they're out there. While DC is like 10-15% after taxes, adds up week after week. 5 good years being a patient here but legalization and greed killed the old DC vibe.

I know diamonds are just superficial and the THC is still there - but it's like presentation in food, or purple weed, it makes a difference even if it shouldn't. 5 stars anyway though! Great high, had me feeling relaxed but not really sleepy or heavy. Taste was light but good, fruity/floral.

Been coming here for like 5 years, came back after being gone for a month and I only recognized 2 people in the shop when there's usually only 1 or 2 people I don't know. Even the security guards were new. New staff are mostly alright from first experience, but can't say I'm not wondering why everyone seems to have left

DC has the best staff, from security to guards to budtenders, and the best consistent deals of anywhere I've gone. I've been missing the variety of concentrates recently though. Raw Garden is good but it feels like the same 5 strains for weeks or months, and the other brands either aren't as good (PK), also don't have many options (TerpX), or are way too expensive (Moxie and others). I'll be coming to DC as long as I'm in SoCal but more variety in the $30-$40/g range would definitely be a bonus

I'd come here a lot more if the good-quality concentrates were priced more reasonably. Raw Garden here is $40 with full taxes. DC Collective has Raw Garden grams at $32/g and they do 20% off every day after 9 PM and waive one of the taxes for medical patients, so I always just go there instead even though it's a further drive. Doesn't seem like the price difference is purely down to taxes to me. It's a shame because you guys had insane deals before legalization, $20 grams of decent quality shatter and similar deals, and are the closest dispensary to Simi.

Went to write a review about last weekend's unpleasant experience of paying $35+ for a gram of Exotic trim run, but you guys have dropped it to $22/g! That's basically how much it was prior to legalization. DC is the best.

I've been coming here for a while, and I have to say, the way you guys are running DC now is the best it has ever been. Quick service (at least, usually), everyone is friendly from the people at the front desk, to security guards, and of course budtenders. Concentrates are always great quality, but sometimes I'll see one that I think looks kind of bad. Not dirty meds or anything, just lower quality than I like to buy. Major respect to the budtenders for just accepting it when I say "Nah I'll look at something else," and not pulling the "No man it's really good, I swear, you just have to hold it up to the light!" like budtenders at some other dispensaries. My only complaint / criticism would be that you guys replaced Gold Coast Extracts with Vader. Why? Everything from Vader always looks bad, especially in comparison to literally everything else you guys carry. Bring back the Gold Coast. I thought Bad Wizard was pretty good too, I think they're a new extract artist.

If you come here for concentrates of any kind, don't get the Gold Coast Extracts. It smelled alright in the dispensary and didn't look too dark. It was darker than the Left Coast Concentrates for sure but I thought I'd give it a try, and that was my mistake. Not very potent and I had to try not to taste it, my girlfriend (also a patient) described the smell of the vapor as "like vaseline." Not appealing. Most of their concentrates are great deals for the price, but skip the Gold Coast for sure.

The first time I donated $40 for 1 gram of Blue Label concentrate (the stuff that says "SHATTER" and comes in a box on a mini oil slick pad), I couldn't believe it was not a higher donation. That was with no specials too. It was delicious, potent, and well-packaged. Yesterday, I came in and the $25/g (normally $40/g without text specials!) Blue Label 'shatter' (quotes definitely needed) looked like brown paste, stuck somewhere inbetween shatter and unpurged wax. The $40/g (with specials) 'nug run shatter' looked better so I went for that, but it has no good taste at all. Does not compare to $30/g trim run at other dispensaries, in either taste or potency. I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's not actually nug run. Oh and budtenders, please don't do the whole "you just need to hold it up to the light!" routine. It just makes it feel like you're trying to push low-quality concentrate. If it looks terrible under regular lighting, the fact that it looks amber when you put the light directly behind it does not redeem it. I always respect and like budtenders much more when they don't try that, and will never tip a budtender who does try that. I probably will not be back here after this experience, as well as them deleting the reviews of other people who think their concentrates have decreased in quality.

The usual budtenders are nice people, and most of the security is pretty nice, but the new / extra budtenders need to calm down and communicate with each other. Today I came in with my girlfriend who had wanted to renew her card for a while but finally did it a few days ago to be able to go to dispensaries with me on 4/20. There was someone at the door saying "Next patient, next patient" and I told him I was waiting to sign in until my girlfriend completed her registration. He told me to sign in anyway, and that he would "make sure we went in at the same time." He disappeared shortly after and some female employee came in and was, oddly, relatively angry that I was waiting for my girlfriend to go in even though I had been telling the other people to go ahead of me. She said "We're not doing waiting today. So, next patient, according to who has signed in?" Rhetorical questions are pretty bitchy. The free things and goodie bag somewhat made up for it, but your extra staff need to learn to calm down in times of stress. My experience at other clinics the same day was better, the deals included more, and the lines were shorter. This is the kind of thing that encourages me to choose other dispensaries over DC most of the time.

I was impressed with Strain 30 Cap the first time I came here, but since I signed up for the deals (and you guys started posting them on Instagram - PLEASE continue that by the way, my phone doesn't always have data/minutes and I assume that's true of many people) it's clear what makes this place the best concentrate dispensary in the area. 4g of shatter for $50 donation yesterday. Doesn't taste bad or anything and it's stable, it just tastes like vapor basically. Great deal for the suggested donation. You guys should start carrying Korova edibles though, none of your current edibles seem to have good potency except Dank Grasshopper which is $55 for 1000mg candy bar...Korova has $45 1000mg brownies and they've been lab-tested and come back at 1100mg. It's nice having edibles you don't have to eat all in one sitting.
