Blue Cheese is one of my favorite strains for several reasons. One, it tastes like heaven and the smoke is very smooth yet musky. These buds tend to be smaller, but maintain an upside-down christmas tree look. The nuggets should be blue/ green in color with darker that average orange hairs. She's got a musky/ berry scent that combines both the Blueberry and Cheese, which comprise her lineage. The high one gets from this strain is a lot more cerebral than anything. It is almost similar to a mild "trip" at least that's how I describe the high. The strain will aid in pain and other ailments; however, I'd recommend heavy use for the evening or for a day-off smoke just do to the "tripped-out" head high you'll get from this crazy strain. Another winner from The Apothecary; also, thank you RCM for the spot on review of the Purple NY Diesel…the stuff is FIRE. I grabbed a few more strains the other day so you'll be hearing about them sooner than later. Stay tuned folks!

FIrst things first thank you fellas for the laugh…also Sean I have your shelves:) Tahoe OG, thank the weed gods, I finally got my hands on some! These are some very nice looking buds. Super tight, dense nuggets covered in trichomes cured and trimmed with care. She's got a petrol and berry scent that has some other Earthy notes in there, that I cannot quite put my finger on, either way it's PROPER! So two hits into the really Earthy, yet citrus smoke and I have forgotten what was troubling me at the start of all this! Seriously though, I may be in Tahoe, at least I feel that way:) So, absolutely a day-off or evening smoke, but man does this strain deliver in the pain management section! I'd also recommend this strain for depression or anxiety based on the "spaced-out" head high. Just a side note some NEW FIRE just arrived as well, Mr. Nice and some killer looking Blue Dream, I will definitely be getting some of those ASAP:) Well folks that's the word on Tahoe OG from Nature Med Inc, I'm off to figure out where the hell I am;)

T at you with the word on Dinachem from The Apothecary! If you are not familiar with this awesome daytime med you'll want to be:) A mix of Chemdawg and Stardawg these large, sticky dense buds have a great dark green tone contrasted nicely by rich trichrome coverage and clusters of orange hairs. The scent is very musky with hints of ginger or other forest roots (it's far out). I'm loving the flavor, a nice smooth pine with an Earthy back note that is very nice, just keep this in mind 2-3 hits to the dome and it's on, so medicate wisely with this one;) Note, that her effects, while fast and hard hitting, will last for about 1-2 hours, which is another great reason for daytime medicating. She will hit quick so be ready for a talkative, energized and not so "fuzzy" head high! I would like to thank Dan, the man (haha), for the spot on advice and recommendation:) Oh, totally forgot pain management, Dinachem delivers here for sure! My back is in no kind of pain…none! So that's the word on another KILLER STRAIN form The Apothecary. Stay classy and stay medicated folks!

T here preaching the word as usual;) Wanted to say WOW did The Apothecary just take over Tucson! Look at their menu! Swung through this morning and grabbed some Blueberry, Liberty Haze and Yumbolt 47. So let's jive on the Blueberry first. Annie all I have to say is YUM and Thank You for the recommendation! Very dark green (almost black) buds that are sticky, dense, sprinkled with crystals and smell of that classic Blueberry strain. Two hits and I'm totally relaxed, my back pain is gone and I'm loving the cerebral effects not to overbearing but heavy enough to feel proper! Yumbolt 47 (Yumbolt x AK-47 I believe) is one of the wildest smokes ever! I've had Yumbolt before, and that was like 10 years ago. So, this is a very RARE find and a great strain to bring to the Tucson scene! I will sum up this Yumbolt 47 simply. GO BUY SOME AND SMOKE IT! Let me know if it's not some of the finest bud in Tucson. Finally, the word on Liberty Haze. A new strain for me kind of has a fresh cucumber/ floral scent to it …I dunno it's refreshing though! The buds themselves are very pretty they've got that Haze green with some great trichome coverage and orange hairs all day. A smooth smoke that hits hard and fast, which makes it great for anxiety, migraines or other acute symptoms that need quick relief. Once it sets in you get clarity of mind back, as long as you don't blaze to much of it …then you're on your own;) Three new hot strains from The Apothecary, another great visit with Tara and the ladies. You gals really made this crappy week a bit brighter today! I'm adjourning to my smoking den (yes I have a smoking den) to medicate! Must be the word!

So I'm feeling the after X-Mas sting, and funds are low, so I figured I had better shop around and go for quantity over quality for a round. Just let me say these guys can do both, and well, which is a great feeling, getting great meds for cheap! Here is the skinny on Earth's Healing. Really not hard to get to a bit of a drive from the NW side, but for an 85 dollar 1/4 of Medicine Man the drive is 100% worth it. Aside from a being little bit dry, which I've already corrected, the potency of this strain is remarkable they are trimmed proper and the smoke will kill any pain that you may be suffering from! KILLER BUD! Also, being a new patient grabbed a lovely gram of Jack Durban. Now I've had almost every "Jack H." hybrid you can get, and I want to say this is probably the wildest tasting and smelling one I've toked in a very long time. I'm not even going to try to explain the scent or the flavor for that matter, but it has a one-of-a-kind characteristics that are just best enjoyed. The high is nice almost like a shot of adrenaline and the giggles will also be a factor for most. Very unique strain and perfectly cured, trimmed and the hydro is spot on. I'm only going to point out one negative from my visit, and it may not be a negative, may just be me. First, thing you do at most dispensaries is get buzzed in the front door, for obvious security reasons, unfortunately this spot does not have mag locks on their doors' and with the location in mind that may be something to consider for both patient and staff safety alike. Other than that Earth's Healing has won a spot in my little black book! Keep up the awesome work! The buds look great and smoke even better, your prices are right where they should be and the professionalism is there. I know I will drive twenty minutes again for this kind of quality any day! I know what you're thinking and no not lysergic, but something much better! Really:) I've have had this strain once before and was astounded at how well it worked for my back pain. So in order to stay as lifted as possible, all day every day, a thank you one must blaze a ton of trees. So let's reference a few to explain this high:) First off is flavor and tons of it a really lovely vanilla & berry thing going on (like Girl Scout Cookies and Cherry Pie mixed together), she's definitely got some diesely flavors in there as well. The head high you get from this smoke is very similar to a really, really strong Chem Dawg or maybe a Super Silver Haze etc. Which I will point out is fantastic. I have heard folks talk about the body high being "heavy" for me its light and energetic for this strain. Clarity of mind is not as sound as usual hence the name;) So maybe get your errands done before you medicate. I must tip my hat yet again to The Apothecary for carrying that FIRE and always doing it with style:) Tara also recommended the new Critical Kush and Girl Scout Cookies, which I will have to grab soon! LSD is back so Turn On, Tune In & Drop Over to the Apothecary and get you some before its all gone!

So last time GDP rolled through The Apothecary I missed out, and was determined to grab some this go around. As is the usual, I'm floored with this wonderful strain done right! At first glance these buds are dark green, purple and orange. Now when I say purple I really mean almost black and in my experience the darker buds tend to be head spinners, so don't be lead astray from fear of these unusual looking buds. GDP has one of those scents that is unmistakable, with a very strong petrol or diesel smell that finishes with with a smooth vanilla/ menthol type scent. It really is quite interesting. The buds themselves are sticky and dense. When blazed that lovely and unmistakeable GDP taste, which I will describe as a slight petrol taste with a grape-like flavor on the back pallet. Also, this smoke is very, very smooth! Let's talk effects or rather fly with me to outer-space as the instant 'heavy' body buzz hits you from this classic indica. As far as cerebral effects go this is one of my favorite "space-out" head highs one that will leave you pain free, energized but will take you to some magical place in your mind that I'm going to re-visit in about two minutes:) Thank you to my friends' at The Apothecary for always doing it right I really am eternally grateful to have you guys! T back at you, wishing everyone a very safe and stoned Holiday Season and New Year! So I best start it off right, White Super Skunk, just saying it makes me want to go buy more! So Super Skunk and White Widow had a love child, and I've got a serious crush on her green behind! Let me indulge if I may;) Beautiful large buds with that not too sticky but just right scent, that makes you want to cry. Very smooth skunky smoke with that wild White Widow head high is doing me proper at $100 a 1/4:) Every single time I roll over to one of the spots in town, especially Nature Med Inc., I'm always amazed at how much progress and HEAT they are carrying! Look you can smoke all the new strains till your heart is content, just remember their lineage, this White Super Skunk is a prime example with folks like she's got. To be blunt, every White Widow Hybrid I mess with will knock you on your butt from this fantastic new find to Super Critical and beyond! Patients who generally suffer from anxiety, pain or insomnia I would highly recommend White Super Skunk and as usual that must be the word;)

So I'd picked up some Banana Kush, when it first arrived, at The Apothecary and was pleasantly surprised…great med, was my thought. Figured it would have sold out in a day or two as is the usual with that FIRE; however, logged on this morning to get my shopping list together and saw the Banana Kush was still in, then I noticed the special 'buy a half get an 1/8' cool I thought to myself. I'll grab the Banana that was at $150 a 1/2 and get a 1/8 free…nice deal. Stopped over and it hit me…folks. The Apothecary only stocks TOP GRADE HEAT, don't let a lower price tag fool you into not purchasing based on the thought that it sat awhile or is lesser grade medication…couldn't be further from the truth. I'm only going to speak for The Apothecary, when I say their cheapest priced meds are as potent (if not more in some cases) then any one of their other meds and I'd be willing to bet that against any top from anywhere. So I took the dive, went with the 1/2 of Banana and an 1/8 of that new batch: haven't tried you yet but you look like a rock star Super Critical FIRE BUD I'm going to blaze the crap out of you later…Moving along I realized how lucky I am to have such a wonderful and caring group of people that only bring the best of the best so close to home! I've blazed buds from here to Kalamazoo and what appeared bottom shelf from my computer turned out to be a hidden treasure in reality:) So my friends' when you're unsure about quality and price, from comparison, remember who your dealing with if you shop at the SPOT, doesn't make a difference, and that ladies and gentlemen is the word!

Don't think I need to finish that sentence;) The reality of the situation is that I'm really quite medicated at the moment and all of a sudden! That's great news fans of non-creep smokes! This stuff is strong in every aspect from color to oder, yet it maintains its delicious and smooth flavor. I love strains that hit hard and fast and wow does this ever! I'm going to actually cut it short so I can enjoy this. Must be the word!!

Off the bat for starters these buds are stunning pretty, dense (but fluffy) and sticky as chewing gum! This strain has one of those unmistakable flavors. I'm not quite sure how to describe it other than slightly piney with a very subtle berry tone. The smoke is clean and smooth. I keep wanting to pick up the bowl for just a little more of that killer flavor! As my boy RCM mentioned HEAVY smoke for real! I'm writing this review after work and thank the weed gods because I don't want to move from the computer and that's only five hits in:) Also note, picked up some more of that Agent Orange today, and to be honest I don't want to blow it up more because I love it;) The community demands knowledge though; so, Agent O. is delicious, a mellow high that kills pain, helps with swelling and leaves you functional. It has become one of my favorite strains thanks to The Apothecary. As always, these Katz carry that FIRE no matter your flavor! I say swing through and peep out my good friends' at the spot. They are professionals in every sense of the word. I really only have one more thing to say and that is Skywalker is amazing and I love The Apothecary. Goodnight:)

Sean and Keoki thanks for the awesome suggestions and info today! Here's one back at you:) Blackberry Kush, a very potent and nerve relaxing strain. Great for pain and great cerebral effects! These guys have got some FIRE buds in right now, and you know I don't mess with it if it's not top notch. Let me give you a brief description on the look and taste of these buds. At first glance the initial thought is damn those are some big nuggets, which they are, next the beautiful greenish- black color is almost mesmerizing to stare at with trichomes sparkling everywhere! The scent, distinctly diesel, with some lovely berry back-notes. The smoke itself is wonderful smooth and relaxing for both body and mind. I'm giving these buds a 9.99 out of 10 only because they are going to run out of my stash sooner than later;) PUFFIT Vape my answer to so many problems! Check this thing out if you're looking for a very discreet on-the-go way to medicate. In my case, I run a business, so medicating must be discreet and quick yet be hassle free and with concentrates not being a viable option in AZ; therefore, I highly recommend this product, which Keoki so graciously gave me the run down on! Side note: when a sales person really knows a product and uses it and or believes in it to a point they are willing to explain in detail how and what to expect, you purchase it and get exactly what you where told, you know you've found honest good people! The PUFFIT cost ($125) is well worth it, I own a NO2 as well and can honestly say this has way more bang for your buck, plus it looks like a bloody asthma inhaler, oh and the battery lasts at least two to three times longer by my count so far. Seriously, took one hit and WTF?! I'm gone!! Either this is the Devil's weed, and I'm about to start dancing erotically and loosing my morals';) or yet again The Apothecary strikes one out of the park! I'll go with the second option. Hindu Kush, I mean I haven't ever really had a pure strain of it before (I don't think), and I'm incredibly stunned at the potency of this strain based off what I've had in the past. I'm not bullshitting, I'm gone, two hits I weigh 235 pounds, and have been toking for over 15 years. I've only ever had this happen once before. The smoke itself is slightly harsh, as to be expected with any strain originating from this region of the world (for the most part anyways). There is no "creep", warning or any form of indication that you are about to get wrecked. It hits very hard and very fast with a very nice body and mind activity suppression. I'd say do not smoke this strain and attempt to do anything. For example, if you smoke The Apothecary's Hindu Kush and go to work, you're going to have a bad time. At least I wouldn't recommend it. A great chilling/ evening smoke for sure. Works incredibly well for pain, as well as, chronic or acute anxiety attacks (acute due to the fast acting nature of the strain). There are not many strains in the world like this. I'd go grab some before it's gone, because I'm going to get me some more ASAP. And that's the word on that.

You know what time it is, yet again another round with T. Agent Orange, oh what a terrible and beautiful word;) So let's just discuss the buds. Gorgeous orange, dense and sticky with that lovely citrus-floral scent these are some pretty buds. Incredible and unmistakable flavor of eating an orange, or what your brain tells you, either way it's fantastic! The high is mellow a very nice balancing of plants (personal note: A.O. works very well for pain management for me) also got that crossed-eye feeling going which is always fun. Well what can I say a classic strain, but as usual The Apothecary brings it at 22% THC! What the hell can compete with that? The buds are beautiful large, moist and dense. The taste is unmistakable and I'm just going to say I'm ripped after three hits now, and I smoke a crap ton. You may want to stray away to indulge in all the fantastic new strains out there, and I don't blame you. Hear me out though, I'd say roughly over 50% of plants being produced today are crossed with OG Kush at some point along their genetics', and there is a great reason for that. The strain will mess you up! Pain, anxiety, nausea, sleep or maybe just hanging out OG Kush is always a great choice, and especially at 22% THC. That's the word on that. Swing by The Apothecary and do it right:)

Hi my name is T, if you like to smoke weed then listen to me a mountain of buds I have smoked in 15+ years here is my two cents on the topic of burning hairs;)~ It's been a rough week, and so I do as we all should, and I have been medicating regularly! RCM5365 your fantastic review of Super Critical got me up and moving over to The Apothecary to get me some too. Here is what I have to say about it, f*&k me sideways! Dan, you were spot on with the effects! Dan, is one of The Apothecary's Pros if you don't know him or the staff they are all honest, true and knowledgeable when it comes to this business and if you don't pick up on that amazing vibe they project; well just trust me on this one. They, as RCM said, consistently carry weight, and by that I mean the BEST BUDS IN TUCSON. Or they don't do it. That speaks mountains about these folks and their meds! Right back to the Super Critical and again going to have to agree with RCM here top 5 if not top 3 strains for me! Remember when Blue Dream hit? That's what we've got here ladies and gents. A crazy hybrid that's innovative, super potent and has just the right balance of body and head effects to really take the edge off. I medicated about an hour ago and feel like I just set the bowl down! I would also highly recommend the Ginger Ale and the Crackberry both very unique and powerful strains.
