I haven't been here in a while but I love coming here, I love the upscale atmosphere here. Classy!
T here gotta say I am a bit confused by the shady business practices conducted here, as described by the review below. I have been a patient for five years for those five years I've almost exclusively used Botanica... there have been products, such as Drift sublingual, that I've had to purchase at other dispensaries. That all stopped when I asked Erin... the manager to talk to Mr. Hill.. the owner, and as of next week Botanica will carry Drift! That is not shady, lacking empathy etc. What that says to me is we really f$&king care about you and the mmj program. Period. I was short 5 bucks today and was discounted immediately... got all my meds. I think maybe if you ask nice and aren't any of those nasty words people call each other... you'll have the same experience as I do! Much love to my Botanica family you are the best of the best! That includes people and products... so in closing this Agent Orange is delicious... folks that want to hate I say hate on... more for the rest of us;) T
This was one of my favorite dispensaries. Prices are high for what you get, but product is good and atmosphere is nice. My experiences have slowly gotten worse over time though. Staff service is hit or miss with politeness. I received a brownie that was hard as a rock and they did not offer to replace. Just told me that shouldn't happen and suggested I buy another one. Unfortunately, last time I was in they had incorrect pricing posted but would not honor the incorrect pricing. I was told to email the owner, which I did, but received no reply as to why that would be their business policy. Love the place, but refuse to do business with in trustworthy business owners. Won't be back.

Just a suggestion for those looking for daily $10 gram specials: Botanica often has the four gram premium bud packs for $40. If you get one during happy hour, it's less than $10 per gram! Even though you don't know specifically what combo of strains you're getting, I have been very pleased with the few I've purchased and plan to get more in the future. The only problem with them is that they don't always have all types available.
I would be spending 80 a week here if they had daily specials. Have a $10 gram day like everyone else and watch the business boom.
This flower is Bomb .SS good. Took a hit and almost fell on the floor. Grown to perfection as usual. Staff is Fantastic
I feel like people are too quick to give this place 4-5 stars upon their first visit. The ambiance of the shop is appealing and they gift you with $15 off when first visiting and on birthdays. But that's pretty much all you will get as far as specials go, besides their happy hour which is only 3 hours Mon-Thur. This dispensary lacks in providing their customers with amazing deals like other competitors. No BOGO, point system or daily specials like ever.
They had a stamp card for "summer savings" that just ended and even though I spent over $150 I did not get even one free gram because I had a stamp on a week that they say didn't line up correctly across the card.
The staff is nice and the waiting area is sophisticated but the lack of customer appreciation is frustrating.

It’s our belief that “daily specials” are so common across the industry that there is no longer anything “special” about them at all (which is precisely why they’re not our focus).
For us, customer appreciation is about more than manipulative pricing strategies to get people through the door. Rather, we choose to focus on training our staff with a high degree of technical knowledge, curating a thoughtful product selection, creating a high-end atmosphere, and providing an un-matched dispensary experience. People love shopping at Botanica, regardless of the day of week.
