First I have never been here, my friend recommended it, saying I could find good medical products here. So since it was recommended that I shopped there I checked out the menu on weedmaps and I was very disappointed. I found a sad and lonely menu with what I felt where high prices, emphasis on “what I felt”. I couldn’t find anything to fit what I was looking for except for LA Confidential Keif, I have not seen that or the sativa strain “lambsbread” here in Vegas So that I guess fit what I was looking for- kind of. The young girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, not very knowledgeable but she tried and kept looking for answers to my questions, let’s be fair, I am a bit of a grouchy sick guy that knows a lot about the Las Vegas dispensary situation being that I was very involved in getting legalized medical marijuana in Vegas, so I enjoy making bud tenders and dispensary employees earn my business. Thank you for trying young lady, be proud of yourself

Essence in Henderson is a very nice place, clean & bright, the staff is very nice & knowledgeable. If I am going to go to a dispensary I like Essence Henderson, they get me right in, which is great being that I am disabled and they recognize it and make me feel like a priority. Please don't go recreational, if & when you do please budtenders DO NOT FORGET THE MEDICAL PATIENTS! It's nice that the Tropicana store does delivery but I like my trips to the dispensary, it's an excuse to get out. I don't, I am not physically capable of waiting on a line for long, even with my walker, please remember people like me, we might not be the majority of the customer base but we are the ones that fought for safe access to safe medical marijuana, don't tread on us. We all matter medical & recreational, we all deserve access to safe marijuana products but it's up to you dispensary's to make sure the truly medicinal products go to the medical patients & that rec still gets a decent product.

1. prices will stabilize once the whole program does, supply delivery, space to meet demand 2. research what you want some. take responsibility and know what you want. if you see a 43 strain get it not the 52 one the salesperson pushes. and 3. medical came first & always should. we can't all sit & wait, some of us count on certain products, and some of us need these meds to just use their hands. everyone has issues & If your's are that bad - why don't you have card? not expensive, difficult to get.

why did you leave the place you went to? prices to high have you been trying every discpensary come on sale? why should a store spend a lot to get non loyal customer that is probably shopping price not product.you should be thankful that they have some kind of customer appreciation, they also have bi-weekly sales and over stuff but you have to loyal. I was there the first day, I am loyal to them and they have been very good to me. and for all you stoners it's only the numbers that matter, 25-32, try it.

I am a true medical patient, not like you fricken fakers. but now with recreational legalized we have all been kicked to the curb even though we where the ones fighting, not some wasted stoner. I asked please don't get in the way of me getting my meds, well you have done that and now I can't get the meds i need, fucking waste of life stoners, I hope your jobs start drug testing. i love this place and it's staff. AS a true medical patient I fear recreational sales, I fear I won't be able to get the products I need to control symptoms related to my disease. But it's nice to know that Inyo's priority will remain the patients that have been there since day 1. But knowing that the wise, knowledgeable budtenders/pharmacists will still be there for the patients & leave the legal dealing to the "dealers". I don't mean to offend anyone, but I and many others worked very hard in/for the medicalm movement so we can get our meds and legalized recreational pot is kind of a slap in our faces. However I do believe in legalization & support it as long as medical not $$$ remains the priority of the business. yes there are only 27,000 med marijuana patients in vegas & there could be 6 million+ rec customers, medical was the start of the whole legalization movement, please don't forget that. we all matter, but please let us get needed meds, growers, dispensaries, ect.

it was ok, the people were real nice, not extremely knowledgeable though. I have Multiple Sclerosis so my needs are very specific and they didn't know much but she tried and cared so kudos to her. when I was there the selection was kind of limited, but in all I was happy with my purchase, thankfully I am knowledgeable about different strains & what all the different numbers mean. here's what scares me, us medical users had a long hard fight to get a legal source of quality safe medicine, now with recreational being legalized and soon to be available where does that leave us medical patient's, are we going to get pushed off to the side? are we going to have to fight for the better or necessary medicines? are we going to have to deal with rec abusers while trying to get meds? I don't want to deal with any of that. I was very involved in the medical movement, I went to different dispensary owner/operator/customer meetings. I don't want to deal with stoners

Tyler, Rukus I want to learn from you guys. I want that same joy Tyler felt seeing me walking upright without my walker, I reached out shook his hand and explained the significance of what was going on. for the first time in 17 years I felt hopeful. Thank you so much for giving me some of my life back.

no offense to any of the employees at Inyo, but Rukus & Tyler are the 2 most knowledgeable people in this industry. Most dispensary's give the employees tablets to use for information, advice & manufacturers sales schtick, all the people at Inyo can answer the same questions without the assistance of a tablet. They take the time to get to know you & your needs/goals hopes. I have been to other dispensary's and I know will not shop around, Inyo is it. They have the biggest menu, top shelf products at a reasonable price, great choice of edibles, tincture, concentrates, tax included in all pricing and best of all "knowledge", I have MS, inoperable crippling sciatic issues but still because of Tyler and his guidance I am able to not always use my walker and best of all periodically I can stand up straight like a person, it's been years since I stood up straight. Everyone at Inyo please accept my appreciation, thank you for helping me improve the q\laity of my life. Thank you.
