Thank you Matt! Came to this location after being longtime customer in Henderson and going to another dispensary for a while. So glad I stopped by.

I have been a dedicated essence Henderson location customer since medical marijuana days and recently they’ve taken my business for granted. During the height of the pandemic they were able to service their customers with curbside but this service has become so much of a hassle with such a long wait and inconsistent response times. I’ve ended up frequenting other dispensaries. It’s Monday at 2pm and you have a 2 hour + text response for curbside and an hour long queue. You don’t have competitive prices since you changed the loyalty program and you don’t have any different products than your competitors. I’m sorry to say but I’m on my way and after over four years of having my business you’ve lost my loyalty.

If you purchase here make sure to weigh what you buy. When rec became legal they kept their prices lower so I started going there again. Recently I’ve noticed their grams were a little light. I weighed the last one I got and it was .8 When I called to let them know - I was given a canned answer about how they dont package it so it’s not their problem. Unfortunately they put 1 gram on THEIR label. Not once did they show concern and they never pulled the product from the shelf. The manager had a list of excuses why it was light and why it wasn’t her problem - suggesting to me people call to complain often. So if you purchase a gram here beware that they don’t think they need to sell you an ACTUAL gram. When you go into this dispensary know that their labels are incorrect and they don’t care.

Always friendly staff, with competitive selection of premium products. At Essence; I can count on getting quality at a reasonable price, be treated with kindness and respect and know that my visit will always quick.

This is a conveniently located dispensary, with a diverse menu of quality medications and the friendliest most chill staff around. It's such a pleasure to stop in; the wait is never long and they always have good deals going. In Henderson, they're in my top two best dispensaries in terms of pricing, quality and customer service. Good spot!

This place is a pleasure to visit - it's centrally located, and the staff is relaxed, friendly and knowledgable. It's one of my preferred locations because they always have a good variety of premium flowers and pre-rolls with competitive and straight-forward pricing.

It's often a miss on quality at this location. They don't let you smell the flower, keep it under two layers of glass and don't have the cannabinoid levels displayed or readily available. They sold me honeycomb that was so nasty and made me so sick I actually threw it out. The staff is friendly but not very informed or interested in providing much more than pricing. I've gotten blank looks when asking about strains. I tried to purchase a strain they had on their menu to be told they had it, but hadn't gotten around to putting In the system and to drive back later, maybe. They advertise a free pre-roll with $50 purchase and last time they charged me for it. I'll go here if they have a great deal but I'd rather go to a dispensary who understands they are providing medicine people use to enjoy a better quality of life. When you know the prices without hesitation but struggle to suggest a strain for a headache, it's off-putting.

This place hits all the marks. Full menu, fresh products, competitive deals, helpful and laid back staff, parking, quick transactions and all in a well-lit central location.

Great place; straight forward pricing, the best deals on beautiful flowers and very chill staff.

I'm so glad I came to the DispensaryNV. As a new patient I felt so welcome. The staff is fun, friendly and professional. They have a clean comfortable waiting area and really competitive deals on a wide variety of strains. This place is great!!!
