I came in yesterday because I wanted to stock up on some good medical strains, which is hard to do since no one is reserving strains for medical patients only. Lucky for me, NMM just stocked up on several strains with amazing terpene profiles, which Mia pointed out, as I hadn't heard of most of the strains I bought. If it's a solid medicinal grower, I will try any strain with a great terpene profile. Thanks to Mia's patience and feedback, I'm thrilled with my selections. I need a new one-stop shop, and I hope they can continue to bring in a large selection of flowers from super solid growers, as I would love to make this place my #1 again.

I love the people who work here. They're friendly, professional, and have a lot of product knowledge. I like to hear what everyone else is smoking. I came in for the Polaris strains today since they have the lowest prices on Polaris strains in the whole valley. Micah and Nina were awesome. I found another Polaris lover, and we're hoping they'll carry more strains in the future. Fingers crossed. Great place. You're missing out if you haven't been here.

I've been waiting for this place to regroup and restock their premium medical strains that they carried before rec started. How can you honestly say that your medical patients come first when you discontinued carrying all of the flowers you stocked before July 1st? You lowered your standards to accommodate your increased prices. Charging the same premium prices for your new lower quality brands shows that you are catering to your new rec customers.

The only dispensary that consistently stocks every premium flower strain I use. Every other place has been a let-down since rec started. Thanks for rising up and pulling through for your med patients in the midst of the rec chaos. And you have some great employees who are always smiling and friendly. You all keep me smiling on my worst days. Thank you :)

It's not a warm and welcoming place as I had imagined it would be for a smaller dispensary. The people were nice but not friendly. I actually didn't receive one piece of information from anyone I encountered, which was rather unsettling as a first-time patient. Normally, I would try several products and establish a relationship for future visits. Instead, feeling rushed and put on the spot to make a selection and move along, i only bought a quarter of remedy, as they also hiked their prices up and decreased the ftp discount. I'll go 20 minutes away before I go down the street to this place again.

I only smoke flowers so the step down from mainly top shelf and premium medicinal strains to the more rec-friendly lower end growers is highly disappointing. I must also be a patient with bad timing because the waiting room was full of rec patients, I was told I had zero people in front of me, and I sat and watched as 6 rec customers were called in before me. And, of course, the strain I came for was sold out, though I had just been told it was available...probably because it was a premium medicinal strain...sold to some rec customers.

Thank you to Jon and Kelly for your amazing customer service and for sharing so much knowledge with me. It was a pleasure to talk with both of you. Thank you, Jon, for helping me find the perfect replacement pipe. I used to be minimally functional thanks to pain pills being thrown at me to deal with the wide variety of MS symptoms among other issues. I was barely existing and definitely not "living". The premium strains you consistently keep in stock, your variety of CBD products (saps, capsules and balms) have helped me attain a quality of life I thought was gone forever. Thank you.

Even with all the upheaval in the community since rec started, here I am, back at Essence. It's their consistency in product quality, variety, availability and customer service that keeps me coming back. I haven't been to a dispensary that compares to them. They actually listen to their patients and pay attention to what people are buying and not buying. They don't take months and months to get a strain back in stock, without having another amazing strain that can easily be substituted. They're not trying to pawn off recreational buds to medical patients like a lot of other places. Essence actually has employees with knowledge of their strains and best uses, as well as the medicinal effects of the various terpenes. I was fortunate to have Sam work with me today. She was a pleasure and so helpful. Thank you...for being so consistent and for helping me to stay positive and continue smiling.

This is just not a friendly, homey place in the slightest. I didn't like coming here before rec, and it's worse now. The flowers aren't worth the prices. Everyone here acts like they have sticks up their butts. I'm tired of being rushed through the sale. The last time I was there, the guy broke my exit bag and didn't bother to get a new one, just folded it over so I wouldn't notice until I was outside. I don't appreciate that. I also found I can get premium flowers that are much more effective for my medical needs, for less money, just a few miles away. Why would I come back here? I wouldn't.

Today was my first purchase since rec being legal. I was lured in by the $50+ price drop on ounces as well as the temporary 10% discount for med patients. I was lucky enough to get Michelle as my budtender. She's definitely my favorite because of her product knowledge, super friendly and bubbly personality.. I do love coming here because I'm never rushed, and I truly enjoy talking to the ladies working here, as they have a ton of knowledge, The guys are cool, too, but the ladies are the reason the place is running smoothly. I just can't thank Michelle and the other staff for making a sour grapes situation into a win for this medical patient. I'll see you soon.

To the jerk who answered the phone this morning (I'm a Henderson patient and somehow ended up ringing this location), I asked for recommendations for dental pain and was told, "I don't know...I'm not a doctor." Thanks for nothing. I didn't think you were a doctor, just thought you knew about your products, My mistake. I called Essence, and they were happy to assist me.

I love this place because they have friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always professional and kind. On top of that, they stock some of the best meds in town at reasonable prices. I greatly appreciate the delivery service, as well! No complaints here. Thank you for being so consistent and reliable.

This place has an excellent variety of products along with a very professional and friendly staff. It's not always the most affordable for me, but they consistently stock some of the best medicine available. They always have a lot of product knowledge and great recommendations. Great place!

Tired of the churn and burn treatment from staff at this location and the West location. Essence was a favorite, but theee strikes and you're out, in my book. Don't make someone who's disabled and calls to check on product inventory, go through the trouble of getting a ride, only to be told upon arrival, the employees made a mistake and don't have the products in stock. It's more infuriating when you have chronic pain, and you're interested in high CBD products and your sales people push products with the lowest CBD levels possible, then seem uninterested when they realize you won't just buy a high thc product instead. Once is forgiveable, when you follow through on your promises to make up for it. You didn't, and then it happened 2 more times. Unacceptable.

I've been coming here since they first opened, and I have never had a problem with products, service or staff. I appreciate how much they continue to expand their selection. If they carried Synergy Relief Balm by Dixie, I wouldn't need to go to another dispensary. I'm also excited they're carrying CBD sap, which I will be stopping in for soon. Love you guys.

This place is definitely high up on my top 5 list of dispensaries with great people, great products and great prices. I went for some of my old favorites, when my budtenders mentioned their new Kabunky strain, Dawg. It only has a 20% THC level, so I thought it might not be as effective as all of the strains I smoke are well over 20%. I was very wrong. This is definitely an indica-hybrid. I took a few puffs and had to stop because I could see I was headed for Netflix and a nap. I was also impressed that it helped dull some of my nerve pain on top of the intense high. This place is full of surprises and they've come such a long way in the past year. Many thanks for all you do to help your patients.

This was my first trip, and I'm already excited about the next one. Everyone there was very friendly, and their layout is great and easy to understand. I was most impressed with their selection of every type of THC and CBD product available. There's not much they don't have here. Thanks to Eric, I spent more than I planned. I couldn't pass up the Synergy CBD Balm or the CBD powder, thanks to his recommendations, and they're both awesome. I'll be back for more soon. I can see why you're called Top Notch.

Everyone here was friendly though I felt rushed as a ftp, and my bud tender while sweet, did not have much to say to explain their products. I'm just glad I did my own research before going. Out of the Animal Cookies, Irene and Chloe, their best is Chloe. Unfortunately, they don't tell you there are no ftp discounts on Chloe until they ring you up. Their prices are too high, especially after they add taxes, and the flowers aren't all top shelf/premium as the prices suggest. The Animal Cookies and Irene are good but not great. ATF/MTF is very similar to the Chloe effects, so I would go to one of the dispensaries nearby with lower prices on flowers I consider to be better than Medizin's.

This is why I come here...they are on top of things. Also, for anyone who hasn't tried the Kynd Ringo 4 CBD sap, you are missing one great pain med. it's every bit as good as the Cannavative CBD they had before. I was surprised that it's as effective as the one at 74%. Happy Camper!! Oh, and thanks to Jon for the great service with the Killa Gorilla today.

Highly disappointed today. Came in for the Ringo 4 cbd sap because it had the highest percentage of cbd, listed at around 73%. So I was shocked to get home and find out that the new batch is 20% lower at 54.45%. That's a huge difference when you have neuropathy pain and muscle spams, and that means I'm going to run out faster. You should have adjusted the price and updated the info online or explained that the new batch has a significantly lower percentage. Something so I didn't feel like this was a bait and switch.
