Preparation doesn't take long and you can see the status, delivery is timely and trackable. Gabriela was very pleasant and went out of her way to help me with a mistake I made on the order (I'm not sure who was on the other end of the phone with her but they seemed nice), and she gave me some helpful tips for future orders.
