I left instructions that I was working from home and needed the person to come to my door. They texted me that they were outside and I had to explain to them again that I’m working and I only have a limited amount of time to get the order.. I had already stepped away from work to meet them at the door because I assumed they were on their way to my door. They were not. So I went outside and there was nobody out there. I stood there for five minutes. I wasted 10 minutes waiting for these people and so I left my card with my family member to get the order. I won’t order from this place again.

Great App, just a needs a better update(s)

I’m a first-time buyer on the app, and I love how it’s formatted. It’s so convenient to pick what you’d like and choose which dispensary it comes from, as well as select between pick-up and delivery options. I chose delivery, and although they didn’t have what I originally ordered, they were very helpful in updating me on what they had, including staff favorites and recommendations. I ended up getting what I wanted, but upon delivery, it was unclear which dispensary they were coming from. I had originally picked one location, but they delivered from a dispensary 25 minutes further away. The order also took an hour longer than expected, and the location tracking was a bit off. Other than that, it was a great experience! -A.I
