It took you 3.5 hours to assemble a two item order. Plus you texted that I had picked up my order. You sold my online order to someone else. Less than 5 minutes after you notified me my order was ready for pickup. After I waited 3.5 hours for Toasty to msg my order was ready. You sold it, but not to me.

Checked out eighths of flower online at Sanctuary. Their lowest priced brands, Halfpipe and Mr. Zipps, are $11.50 more than other dispensaries I frequent. They bait and switch ( see review on S.D.) and overcharge. I am in there once a month for WFW day and would like to support businesses that support veterans, but, I won't pay a 71% price markup over other places.

After my last two visit, I go to 1841 no more. Last 5 years 1841 was one of my 3 favorite dispensary. Got good discount for senior/military people and good inexpensive flower. Flowers still good but discount not. I am handicapped and my motorcycle has disability tags, so I park in he handicap spot, like I always do when it is open. Security guard told me I had to move my bike from the handicapped spot. I asked why? Management said I couldn't park there. "Tough s---, I have a disability plate. You can call the police, but I am not moving unless to do business elsewhere." I told him. Receipts are set up to over charge for taxes. They claim 30% taxes when it is only 28.5. They also add 20% of taxes to subtotal and then they tax the taxes. Should be illegal. Raises your cost a little bit. Confusing receipts without itemized tax printouts. Never go back. Their cheating is small scale, but cheating anyway. Look for honest dispensaries. Either someone is lying now or lied previously.

To new ownership, thank you: for the 20 to 40 minute waits, the lack of product, the lousy express system (cancelled 2 express orders), no notice of wait times on web site, no concern for patients needs, etc. For that stuff ( 1 star *). For continuing to employ J ( u know who u r) best bud tender in N. CA! (5 stars *****). For everyone else working (4 stars****). Thank you! I appreciate you.

I visit several dispensaries around north sac and they all have covid protocols, but only Perfect Union Northside has got it right. Very few customers, in building, at same time. Easy to keep 10-12 feet from others. Lines are outside but covered. You can go in and relax and feel safe and enjoy the great employees. Hell, I know they are great; they laugh at my jokes and have several great compassion programs. Pricier than some, why I shop around, but the most fun and safest of them all.
