Oh snap my old account is back on...yay!!
Ever wonder how SCam Labs consistently provides over 20% and over 30% lab tests to just abt any shmuck from any renegade club>??? Well first off they combine the thc and thca values which is very misleading. THCA is converted to thc when burned so how can u combine the two for a final value? they also tack on the cbd and cbn to the math. But the main reason is a little trick the clubs use and SCam Labs has no problem with...clubs put in kif into the sample packs. The entire contents is then tested and gives back a higher thc content. Any legitimate lab would not allow this...notice how i say legitimate.

Disappointed in the change...
Ive been coming to rdc for many years...going on 7 at this point. I absolutely LOVE their vegan buddha melts which were in fact legitimate full melt water hashes.
Abt 2 weeks ago i called ahead and inquired abt these new 'Buddha" tags i noticed on their menu. I asked if they were water hashes to which i was told that "yes they are water hashes"... So i jumped in the car and headed over, which is a 20minj drive for me without traffic.
Get to the shop, make my way over to the counters and what do i see? Budder....lots and lots of meh budder. Priuced fairly i will say at 40/g...but u get wat u pay for.
I ask the BT where are thwe water hashes vegan buddhas? he says we are out atm. I ask him why i was told when i called that these 'buddhas' were water hashes? he replies, "well they kind of are, they are co2 extracted meds and the guy in front prolly just got that confused"... Ok, ill play along... since when are co2 extracts the same as water? and why name them so similarly that patients will most definitely confuse the 2 meds which are very different from each other.
Over the years i have referred dozens of friends and patients to rdc (no bullshit) I always spoke highly of them and particularly abt the vegan buddha.. Lately i have been even repping their flowers like the velvet. blueberry variants and the like...
Is it really necessary to pull a fast one on patients? and do u guys really think some of us believe the whole "its co2" mumbo jumbo????
Please make changes and make it clear which meds are which...thanks

Review for NRC
So i finally made the trip out here after a buddy recommended this place claiming they have good deals for running material and excellent prices on bubble and full melt hash.
So the check in was quick and painless. The BTs were very patient and helpful. I didnt get any attitude while asking to see abt 10 of their med selections.
I looked at all the cheaper priced ounces but quickly noticed that the stuff they have here at 120-140 is the same stuff i get elsewhere for 70-90. For example: the Mango kush at 140 is being offered at 89 at 2 spots in hollywood. The clai mist at 140 here can be had for 80 at a few shops around town. The shake is absolutely god awful with all of it being pulverized trim leaf, not shake imo! The so called top shelf leaves a lot to be desired as everything i checked out was mid grade smoke.
The hash as prolly the worst of it all. I told the BT that i was told NRC has good hash and she verified this by stating that "its some of the best around". Well, let me tell u, its not! The prices are cheap but so is the quality. There are no full melts here whatsoever. The bubble hash was dark brown to black in color, looked to be old and dry and im willing to bet that NONE of the hash would bubble if the slightest bit.
I ended up walking empty handed which is fairly uncommon for me as i can almost always find something to grab.
All things considered this spot is good for the everyday smoker who has no need for medicinal relief and is content with mid grade smoke for his/her joints or blunts. I would not recommend any of my real patient friends to come seek their meds at NRC.
The BTs were very helpful and they had 3 to insure the lines dont get big, as this place has a lot of members. Ive read many reviews stating there are great ounce deals for good quality but i did not encounter such items during my visit.

Well overdue visit
Just wanted to give a quick review...
I was in the neighborhood and figured id stop by and chekc out the hash. Ive had some nice hash from DC before, like the cookie melt. Yesterday they had the presidential and the kruger fm.
The pres was a black, gooey, tar like hash. The Kruger was more to my liking--it was a lighter color and the texture was more sugary. I ended up with the Kruher. Strong smell and taste, very fuely and danky.
Nice strong head high with body following a few minutes after medicating.
Wouldnt go so far as to call it a 'full melt' per se, but its definitely a high quality bubble hash that im sure would satisfy just abt anyone with a discerning taste for hash. It was 40/g which is a bit high for hash but then again good quality of hash is difficult to find at clubs around town. Mopst just try to pass off complete trash as something worthwhile. So until a club starts carrying legitimate bubble hash at better donations, i will continue to roam the city looking for little morsels of quality here and there.
Really enjoy the atmosphere when coming to DC. Everyone is really chill and friendly, kicking the shit around, joking and just being down to earth type of people.
Good quality herb at reasonable donations and they have at least 1 or 2 examples of good hash just abt all the time.
Thx guys, keep up the great work...see u in a little bit...peace

Glad to see some old school faces at DC...
I stop by here now and again mainly because of the distance. If they would be closer to where i live i know i would be frequenting DC much more often.
I didnt have a chance to sample the flowers but from what i can tell its good quality at reasonable donations. For me, the hash is whats attractive. I have only tried the Moonrocks and the Cookie melt. The Cookie melt was a pixy hash like consistency with a mellow scent and flavor. The effects were not too strong...To be completely honest, i prolly would not try this again unless it was a new batch and came highly recommended by the guys, simply because the Moon rocks are so much better imo.( maybe it was just a weak batch)
The Moon rocks were pretty damn close to being a legitimate full melt hash. Crushes down to a sandy consistency fairly easily when u rub it between ur fingers. Has a sweet, candy scent with a similar flavor on the exhale. Strength wise, the Moon rocks kick ass! Very heavy effects with good cerebral head change and a somewhat euphoric body high sets on after a couple of minutes.
Price was both of the hashes were 40/g with half grams available. Its a bit pricey i have to say...especially for the Cookie melt. Would like to see these at 30/g...that would be more in line with what good hash goes for in the surrounding areas. Then again, im sure many hash smokers are aware that good hash is not easy to make, especially if were talking good full melt.
I did notice that they also had a good selection of 20-30/g hash also marked as full melt. I didnt examine these closely but a few did look very gooey and melty from my vantage point. If anyone has tried these and could comment, please feel free. It would be greatly appreciated.
Overall, DC is a great collective. Its a good example of how a good club is ran. U always feel comfortbale, never rushed, the BTs are attentive, knowledgeable and accomodating. They make u feel like ur coming by a friends house :)

Old school spot
This place has been around for some time. They have made an attempt lately to lower prices and they did stop charging sales tax on top of the listed prices, which is always welcomed.
The peeps at this spot seem to try to stock organic flowers whenever they can. Now there are two sides to organics: more often than not, in LA clubs, organic almost always means clean but not that strong. Ofcourse this is not always the case as occassionally u will find amazing organically grown flowers that are oin par with the best hydro has to offer. Unfortunately this style of growing is practiced by few and done masterfully by even fewer. The organic selections at LAPCG are not great. U can find good choices but for the most part u wont see any true top shelf nugs in the organic section.
The reason i still stop by from time to time is the concentrates. This club has had many top notch hashes over the years. They dont alwyas have them in but with a little persistent they can be attained. Currently i have the Herojuana melt at 30/g and the Maui x Afgooey full melt at 50/g. I came on a saturday so i got a 15% discount bringing my prices down to 25.50 and 42.50 respectively. The Maui fm i have tried many times and it is one of my all time fave hashes. It is indeed a true full melt and a strong one at that. Theres 2 other clubs in the city that get this exact same hash but all have the same prices. LAPCG fortunately has 15%discounts tues/sat on all connies.
The flavor, smell, effect and medicinal quality of the full melt is top notch. Well worth the price imho. The Herojuana was prolly more like 1/2 to 3/4 melt but nevertheless at 25.50 it was a very good pick up. It had a strong, immediate head change followed by a pronounced, couch lock body high. Flavor was good but nowhere near the tatstiness of the full melt.
I also grabbed a gram of the flower Maui x Afgooey at 18/g i believe. I do also enjoy the flower very much as it is a perfect day time med for me. I did read in another review that the this flower was not very good with which i strongly disagree. It is ofcourse not a head banger like heavy OG/kush but it definitely has its own unique characteristics. Its a great anxiety/depression med and i would strongly recommend it for any and all mmod ailments. Its a good appetite stimulator as well and actually provides some pain relief. Again, it wont numb u out like a strong indica. Its just that during the day i prefer to stay away from the heavy hitters so as not to be worn out and tired.
p.s. I gave them a 4 for price simply because its hollywood...in the valley this would be a 3 at best. I will also give them a 3 for quality but would give them a 4-5 if judging solely on the hash.

Big improvements---lowered prices, better quality,
The guys have listened to all the suggestions made and have implemented them with great efficiency. The quality is good, the cap is at 45 and the service has become more personable and attentive. I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and was given a gram of the PR Blackberry fm hash as was promised by the management. Very pleasant taste, strong immediate effects and an overall good, melty hash.
Great job guys, u have made VIP one of the better shops around. I would suggest u bring in some more variety and continue to strive for even better quality. Thanx again for the hash and i look forward to visiting again soon...

Been coming here on and off for awhile...
The prices have dropped significantly since the first time i came here. They used have 65, 70 and 75/8th alone with 25 and even the occassional 30/g. Now they cap at 45 which is in line with the local market. They also had high end 80 and 100/g concentrates.
The guys are cool but can sometimes seem a bit out of it or not very enthusiastic . I guess if u get to know them then its different. The place is easy to find and theres plenty of parking in front or on the side street.
Anywho, just got back from this spot, literally 15 min ago. I went to check out what i clearly read above in the concentrate menu as Kandy Kush Full Melt..under it when u put the cursor on it says, "the one and only kings kandy"... and its priced at 35 for 1/2 gram and 70 for a gram and then it says RARE in green...
U might ask why so detailed and precise??? Well, like i said i was just at SOHO(vip). Mind u ive been coming here on and off since i got my rec a few years ago. For some reason they couldnt find me in their computer databse nor could they find my physical file in the cabinets. No biggie...Filled out the paperwork, they made copies, and in I went. I asked the BT if i could see the Kandy Kush Full Melt. He didnt know what i was talking abt. I told him its on the menu on weedmaps updated yesterday. He still didnt know what i meant. He showed me some wax that he said was Arts OG and he also showed me some Arts hash (said it was full melt)which i wasnt interested in.
Main reason is that i made a quick stop here on 420 and got some Blackberry and Arts hash. The BB was very good, cant say shit...very nice hash. The Arts was decent at best.
First off it was waayyy too wet. For a couple of weeks after getting it i had to keep opening the plastic container cuz it was getting fogged up inside and i was worried it would mold up. Not that i cared abt the Arts hash but i had it the box with all my other hashes. Needless to say it was quickly quarantined.
I didnt complain simply because at the 420 Special price of 20/g, it wasnt worth it.
Anyways, getting back to today. I was hoping the management can comment on what transpired today. If it was sold out, then u guys should have just said so. I don know, it just made me feel like soemthing was not right...u know? It basically seemed that either a) the gentleman who helped me just didnt know abt the Kandy Kush full melt, b) it sold out and he didnt want to say (who knows maybe) c) it was listed on the menu update by accident d)--long shot---they didnt want to sell it to me for watever reason (i seriously doubt this but hey, anything can happen)
Considering the latest price drop and a cap of 45 and all other things being the same, this is now a pretty
decent neighborhood spot. Do they have the best of the best top shelf? sorry, but no. Can u find good deals on good herb? sure... Things that can be improved on: be accurate with ur labeling. For example: if its not a full melt, dont call it a full melt. This is an issue that plagues almost every collective; misnaming.
Also lighten up the place, it seems a little depressing. Just my opinion....
MOTA (Medicine Of The Angels)
Los Angeles, CaliforniaSorry about the confusion with the Kings CAndy it is actually a CO2 melt i apologize for the issue with the budtender he should have known!!! I should be getting the blackberry fullmelt back soon and would be happy to get you a free gram for the issues you had here.

GREEN DRAGON

A decent spot but far from amazing
Stopped by here yesterday after seeing many, many posts and reviews for green dragon. Place is not hard to find, although its a bit tricky with the club being on a plazez thats kind of in the back of another plaza.
Verification was quick. Place itself looks nice, not messy or dirty. The selction is extensive, with at least 50 or more strains and abt 20-30 hash/bho choices.
The quality is not bad, but far from being the best. Im sure a lot of inexperienced, new patients would consider the quality excellent.
I grabbed some Kama Sutra sativa hash and the Indica blend hash seeing as how it was the recommendation of the BT and i didnt really see anything else that was better. For my free gram i got the Flaming fist og.
I cant say the hash is bad, its not. Its decent mid level bubble hash and at 20/g one would be hard pressed to complain. The sativa had a generic hash smell, it was pressed and bubbled just for two lights. To be totallt accurate it wasnt evenh na bubbling as it was more of a sizzle. The indica blend wasnt much better. Mid grade, decent hash.
The problem i have is that both hashes were presented as full melt hash, which neither of them was. I wont be getting hash from gd again for my personal stash; maybe to make oil with.
The Flaming fist og was good. Nice smell, decent taste and a pleasant effect. Again, not a top shelf flower but a good option...All in all my experience was pretty decent. The quality can definitely be improved on and the hash should be more accurately labeled. Personally i wont be back because of all the better options out there.

Not bad but nothing to write home abt
Checked this place out after seeing it while passing by. Location is easy to find and has ample parking. The BT cody or cory(cant remember, sorry) was very helpful and didnt make me feel rushed. Another thing i really liked abt this spot is that they stand by all of their products, meaning they do exchanges if ur not happy with ur meds. I strongly feel that with meds being so expensive these days and the fact that batches can vary greatly, every collective should offer a return policy. Many patients are stretched as it is trying to afford mmj and having to deal with meds that dont offer relief is a big blow to many. Big props to Perennial for offering returns.
The buds are not bad but definitely not great. The quality does not justify the 60/8th tag. The concentrates are expensive as well. This is the part that gets me going: they have a Skywalker Amber Glass that they offer at 70/g...now is really necessary to charge 40 instead of 35 for a 1/2 gram? Come on guys...its bad enough that its 70 but then u ad an extra 5 bux to a half gram? not cool...Its doesnt cost $5 to split a gram into 2. Really shows the greed factor...its really unnecessary and at the end of the day, does it really affect the bottom line that much? Imho, all it does is make people question the clubs motives and intentions. I know the BTs have no control over the pricing but the owner sure as hell does.
I tried the the diablo X bubba, sweet berry and a few of the so called full melt hashes. The only one i really liked was the Sweet Berry and at 15/45 its prolly one of the best options here. The hash that was labeled as full melt at 25/g was the furthest thing from a full melt. No bubble, no scent, no effect, no bueno, no thank you! I ended up returning the Bubba and Sour Og hash in exchage for some more sweet berry.
Its a freakin epidemic in the city of LA with all these clubs calling things full melt or bubble or dry sift full melt, when in fact all of it is just some plain old crappy, dark, brown hash.
I would strongly recommend they lower the cap to at least 50, lower the connie donations and stop that petty 1/2 gram add ons, while getting some real full melt hash.
p.s. Almost forgot to add this: they have very strong edibles. I tried a little brownie square and that thing is deadly. Half is more then enough.

No knowledge, no quality, no honesty, NO thank you
This place is a joke imho. Over priced, quality nowhere near the level of close by competition, completely clueless regarding concnetrates, and have illegal practices in full swing here.
The law states that for a collective to be in compliance and legal when selling concentrates, they should be the ones manufacturing the concentrate, not a vendor. Plus, there is a gray area pertaining to BHO-butane honey oil or any other type of concentrate made using butane. But the genral consensus is that if a club make sll of their oils/waxes/buddrrs inhouse, then it is ok.
WVC does not make their own concentrates. Hell they dont even know the basic info on their bho's. They posted some pics on another site of some unpurged, snot looking wax claiming its top notch medication. A poster inquired abt whether or not this is a butane concentrate and the response was as follows, " thats what were told!"...can u believe that? They basically are relying on the vendor(the guy who stands to profit most from selling this crap) to tell them the truth and to give them the real facts regarding that connie...good luck with that. To add to that, the ridiculous prices of 40-60/g for trash bho, the overpriced 2nd rate flowers, and an uninformed staff, what ur left with is a formula for how NOT to run a good collective.
Ive been here twice in the last few months and abt 5-6times overall during the last 3 yrs or so; every time the above mentioned shortcomings were still present. It sucks that we have no regulation in our industry and collectives dont seem to care enough to self regulate. Its up to the individual patient to make that decision and take stand against uncaring, profiteering clubs. The reason most clubs dont listen to concerns or make an effort to better themselves is quite simple: why would they when they have unsuspecting, uninformed customers continue to frequent the collective. Its very easy to impose a change in these people: stop giving them ur money. Have a higher standard to what ur used to and demand constant improvement. Safety and health should be paramount, not an afterthought.
