Issue with app/communication errors

Im a repeat customer, had been for many years mostly as a walk in customer but Ive been transitioning to online ordering recently. However with this latest order, the app said it was available for pick up when it wasnt. When I got to asking for my order the bud tender had me verify my order on the receipt before having someone else go in the back for several minutes while the senior staff tried to assuage my mood with friendly banter while the person handling my order was just there. I just gave up from then on, I didnt even notice that they didnt add my usual discount but from their demeanor, it didnt surprise me that it was "forgotten". They didnt even bother to update the status of the order until later that night and the order amount still didnt reflect the final price I paid in person.

This place is extremely nice. I’d like to start by addressing some of the complaints other customers seem to have. For those who felt the staff wasn’t helpful, I personally felt like my order was important to the people who were helping me. Maybe you just caught them at a very busy time and they were rushing to get things done, I’m not sure. But everyone here is honestly really cool. Their prices are fair and they have some really high quality product, and I feel like I got what was fair for what I was paying. The prices are what they are at most dispensaries, but they have a lot of different things at different price points to choose from. They have way better product than my local dispensaries, so I’m grateful for that. All in all, this place is really great. I will definitely be back as soon as I smoke everything I bought.

I do not think your reviews are authentic. I have been smoking cannabis my entire adult life, and recognize the difference between good-bad, right-wrong. I patronize Captain Jacks because the product is very good and the personnel are very good. I enjoy sitting in their lounge drinking coffee and smoking good weed. Not only is that something I thought I would never live to see, but to be greeted with smiling faces and pleasant atmosphere is a real plus. This place is over the top compared to what we all had just a few years ago. I think this place is great. By the way grow up.

When you walk in to Captain Jacks you are greeted by everyone, from Security to check in to the back of the counter staff. This place is filled with genuine people from all backgrounds. It makes for the most comfortable and amazing experience. Yellow, (counter staff member) made my day!! They helped me find what I was looking for, as well as help me explore new products. It doesn't matter your age, race or gender here, and that is why I will come here for everything.

If I'm not mistaken my budtenders name was Rudy. He was very knowledgeable, Professional and clean cut. He helped me with some edibles that really work for me..... Guaranteed to return.

Captain Jack's is awesome

I've been here several times and I'll keep coming back. Captain Jack's provides a variety of cannabis consumption products. Flower, pre rolls, edibles, vape they got it all. If that isn't enough they also have a bar area where you can dab and vape on site. Their staff is knowledgeable about all their products. Serah helped me out with my decision on the selection of prerolls. She selected about 5 different prerolls all at different price ranges and types. She was sure to tell me everything about each one while providing suggestions as to what would be the best bang for my buck. Thanks for that Serah you're awesome! I'll definitely be back again.

Best first time experience

I just moved to the area and a friend recommended me this place when I got in I let everyone know that it was my first time due to like nervousness, and not being from the area and not used to going to dispensaries. Every worker with patient with me and willing to walk me slowly through the process of how everything run and the first time patient bill was so incredible and the fact that there is a coffee bar was seems like I was in lead heaven there’s no other place I go I wake up in the morning now excited to go to the place to get my cup of coffee. Came in the other day to kill some time and to pick up some flower along the way. I was impressed with the flower selection, but I was upmost impressed with the customer service most notably from the tender Rudy. I hadn’t been in a shop in years and Rudy was more than happy to take his time in explaining the selection available and he exemplified the most positive attitude and customer service that any customer could ask for.
