I’m sorry but you guys need to pull these cartridges from your menu. It’s horrible that you know there’s an issue with this cartridges. Don’t offer a “deal” that is sold “as is”. This isn’t furniture with a scratch. This is product we are relying on you as a company to step in and say “No, were not selling this to our customers” because there’s a huge issue here. No one should be vaping their cartridge and get oil in their mouth. Also, your ad is deceiving. You have one line that says $12 when the Deals section says $10. I’m not here to diss because there are a lot of good things going on here. The flower choices are vast and I can always find something. The staff ( Stephanie ) is by far the most friendly Tender you have. But man, we as customers need to know that you have our best interest at hand.

First off, why is anyone allowed to look in and see someone shopping for Cannabis in plain view from John Street? May want to provide a little more privacy for those not wanting to be seen by their boss driving by in a car. Staff is great although I like to order and purchase from the same person. The text when your order is ready is tacky. I don’t need my name yelled out either when it is. The start when you walk in is very personable with a staff member meeting you with an iPad. Once you’ve placed your order, it is then sent to staff in the inventory room to prepare it. Too many steps, in my opinion. A few really good Flower options. But I agree the “Value” $25 1/4 is for those who are just starting to smoke, not those who know what good bud is. Remember if it seems like it’s too good to be true, it is. Clean facility and I’m sure issues brought up will be dealt with by management swiftly. Grupo Flor is by far one of the best Cannabis companies. This is their first go.

Ok, so I’ve been hearing about the quality flower Cannacruz obtains and the rumor wasn’t a rumor. Just a little 1 gram tester of RB26 GMO at just over 30% THC which is perfect for someone who prefers a little more potency. As ridiculous as it sounds, I would drive the 45 minutes to get Top Shelf like this any day. Their lower quality Flower items are Salinas’ best.
